I am amazed that I am still able to receive the forum without problems here in China.
Here they actually have rooms of guys reviewing emails etc that pass through cyber space. They even review SMS messages for subversive text.
I guess since BTF is not blocked, as many chat and forum sites are, maybe those officials think BTF is socially beneficial, or a really good read, of sadly just not important enough to break a sweat.
However, lately I have been posting some China commentary that would likely be viewed as negative,
but I have also posted stuff that China would view as anti-Japanese so I guess thats positive in a negative way.
So I suspect that shortly if the messaging between myself and other China boys like Metaliclink, Peter, and China Sailor, continues or increases there may be some problems receiving BTF
Last year they shut down Google until Google bowed its head and agreed to restrictions on what would pop up during a search.
Surprisingly few restrictions on sex sites here.
In fact in a APEC related context, when APEC was in Shanghai acouple years ago, for that week or so when the big boys were in town, they lifted restrictions on the websites for Time, CNN, Washington post, BBC and others.
When everyone left town, the blocks were thrown up again. This is what may happen in Thailand, perhaps in reverse, on the chat lines etc, if Thailand have the hardware in place.
It is kind of funny I guess that China bought the hardward/software to block websites from American companys, and then proceeds to block news sites...from America.

Whether Thaialnd or anywhere else will understand my attempts to imitate Richard Littlejohn(The Sun), Victor Lewis-Smith(The Daily Mirror) or Ian Hislop(Private Eye) is uncertain. Unless one comes from the UK it is probably unlikely and even then in doubt
However what Thailand and other countries WILL understand is Anglo-Saxon swear words(The French always knew the British were about at Agincourt and Crecy because of the foul language!). Indeed Shakespeare was the first to use the term 'Punk' ?
They will also understand descriptions and references in a pornographic language to members of this forum indulging in 'Horizontal Morris Dancing' and the caressing of Thai lady nether regions and anything else that is stimulated to burst and flow.
Doesn't leave much else does it ?

I could access the forum, but none of the graphics would come up, and it was really slow. ŻOne of those server glitches, I suppose, rather than denied at my end, since I am accessing from home, rather than work.
