One of the "happening" Go-go's on Soi Cowboy, on my two trips to this bar, full with lots of choice, and some class. But seem to be suffering from the police harassment!
First night in there, I walked in the place to find it in virtual darkness at about 11:30pm, there were a few Farangs and all the girls in those little black dressing gowns sat down on the benches with no one ìdancingî.
After talking to a couple of them found out the police were patrolling Soi Cowboy. Decided to stay and have drink, and after about 30 mins the all clear was given and up the girls got and started dancing, so stayed for another drink, when again the alarm was given and a mad panic as the girls scrambled to get off the stage and back to fully dressed. At this point I left!
Second night no problem and lots of choice!

I remember going into Suzy Wong soon after it opened last year, and thinking it was by far the worst go-go bar I'd ever encountered. Not only was the scenery on the runway distinctly sub-standard, but the place stank like a latrine. Sorry, but the dinky little Chinese outfits were no compensation.
Went back for the first time last week. Huge change. Not only was the place acceptably fragrant, but the scenery had improved out of sight. Quite a few gorgeous young things working there now.
SW is not perfect. I thought the failure of the carefully selected lovelies to hurl themselves at my feet showed a deplorable lack of taste and discrimination, for which there can be no real forgiveness.
So outta there, disappointed but reluctantly impressed, to drown my tears in boring but comfy old Tilac. Where, most unexpectedly, a real revelation awaited... Ý Ý Ý
