You might try Viagra. But then I am sure you already have. You can buy it without prescription in atleast one shop that I know of (I am sure there are more). It is located on the left hand side as you enter the parking lot of Ambassador Hotel from Sukhumvit Road.

Good information. I will staying at Ambassador next month.
I have never tried viagra but on one day on my last trip I was being gready. Picked up three girls (separately) starting early afternoon. Well to put it plainly the mind was willing but the body was weak ( a little anyway) so I could have used some help.

Viagra works. It cost my friend about Bt.400 each which is about US$10 against US$ 8 I paid during my last trip to the USA. So it is more expensive but easily available.

The effect of Viagra differs from person to person but basically what it does is rush blood to the penis which is what makes it erect. I don't think it prevents one from coming early but it does get you erect again faster. I would love to read reports from other guys on this.
