anybody who has a personal experiece to be oprated for nose riconstruction surgery in thailand.is it economical, effective and safe in thailand?

No personal experience, but in looking into it for others, Bangkok and Phuket both have superior plastic surgery facilities, and at prices 1/4 to 1/2 that of the States. Bumrungrad hospital in BKK is among several well recognized.
Just look at the incredible job they've done with Katoeys, from top to bottom, then ask a friendly Katoey for his/her personal recommendation.

My experience with reconstructive surgery was with a TG that I actually gave a nose job to as a gift after spending 12 days with her. She was 19 and we arrived at 11:00 and she was done by 4:00. The scene at the hospital was pretty amazing two very long lines of beds with TG after TG knocked out from their morning surgery. It took her 20 days of sitting it out after the surgery. I did see her one time upon a later return and she was pleased and the results were noticeable. She nor did anyone else involved in this procedure seem highly concerned and it was all very standard operating procedure it appeared.

On a seriously note - didn't mean to make light of your post.
I am going to look into plastic surgery at Bumrungrad this December and I will post the results of the consultation & send you a PM.
BKK Thai friends assure me that this is the best place to have this kind of work done! They are very skilled and their prices are reasonable.
I am concerned with the post-op procedures.
