Tonight I went with a bargirl and the condom split I need to get tested, I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I need to know ASAP.
If I can get get tested how do I go about it? and how long does it take to get results?
I'm in Bangkok now but was going to go to Chiang Mai tomorrow, can I get it done there or will I have to stay in Bangkok?
She seemed like a really nice safe girl and was really worried to initaily, she said she gets tested regularly, had only been doing it 3 months and its never happened to her before. She said that before this she just had a long term boyfirend. I assured her that she was the first I'd been with since a long term girlfriend which calmed her down.
I really need to do this ASAP and am really worried, ANY advise would be really appreciated please, I'm not even a regular sex tourist it was just stupid one off sper of the moment decission I should never have let myself be tempted.

I think you need to go and see a doctor in Bangkok, so that you get professional medical advice.
I’m not a doctor or in the medical profession, so these are just my opinions. Hopefully they will be of some help.
Beatin' yourself up for something you already did is IMO: counter productive. It's done and now you must face the next challenges head on. Try to stay positive. Things will be okay.
Though it does not really matter, did the condom break before or after your finished. Meaning, did you exchange bodily fluids?
I’ve read that there is a higher chance of catching HIV if bodily fluids have been exchanged. Yes, I realize that juts having an exposed private parts could constitute exchanging of fluids.
If you are worried about HIV, you will need to get test about 6 months from the time that you think you were exposed. I think that the antibodies will show up by then if you do indeed have it. Getting tested before hand might be not as accurate as later.
As for the other std’s, I’m not sure if getting tested right away will detect any of them.

Bottom line is that the chances of you catching something is very remote. Not that that helps is you knowing whether you do have something or not. At least your chances are slim.

Chances of you catching something are small next to nil. There are clinics all over BKK or go to a hospital and have the test run. Your in and out within 1 hour and they give you the results on the spot.
ABC is right about the AIDS test. Get it done but then again it's hard for a man to catch aids from a women. http://www.cdc.gov for up to date info on AIDS.

Uh, as far as I know, I don't think he was too worried about giving the girl an STD, and I'm hoping for his sake that he at least got to finish. If anything, his release would have made it less likely that he would catch anything.

It sounds like you've been out of commission for so long that you need more practice or instructions on using a modnoc.
Might the urgency be that you are afraid of passing something on to the GF or wife? (It's no business of ours, that is a rhetorical question.) But if not then relax and know that the odds are with you (and get tested anyway).

You need to waaaaaait some time before you can be sure. They suggest you take the last test 6 month after to be 100 % (i did it 6 times) There is some kind of ANTI incjection you can take I do not know if they have it in Thailand I think you have to ask. Its like a vitamin KICK and protects your body from HIV. By now maybe its to late but can always ask. Second there is much more you can get then HIV but maybe not so deadly. The best thing (next time) go to the doctor and test the girl then you will KNOW for sure right away. If she refuse THEN you have problem.

The girl is a hooker... she went with a customer and the condom split.
She's not your girlfriend or wife... she might even refuse to get tested... she probably had this problem a dozen times in her career!
A serious red flag? What kind of bullsh_t is that? Just a professional accident.... Don't pressure her... she might even pay the doctor for an 'OK' certificate.
It's mainly (if not solely) your problem... take a check up if you're worried for yourself or your poor wife sitting at home with the kids....
