OK guys, a question for experts.

mansaturday: I am not claiming to be an expert here, but this is my perspective on if there's harm in continuing to grind away... IMHO, with a good erection and no juice to spill, you can keep on at will as long as the enjoyment overcomes any fatigue to you or irritation to the dick tissue.
I really think (especially in my Thai girl experience) the biggest issue is explaining to some of them that you are having a great time, yet not filling the condom. It is harmful, I am speaking from experience.
You run the very real risk of continual stimulation, when exhausted, affecting your mental attitude unconsciously.
