Just a caution note to watch what you buy in Pattaya, as fake Cialis is being sold in most of the pharmacies. The fake stuff looks real, comes in blister packs, and in real looking green and yellow cialis like boxes. Problem is that it has a much reduced active ingredient in it. I bought a couple of boxes for 1000B each (four 20mg tablets) and when I got to BKK thought I would buy a few more. Went in the pharmacy around the corner from the Nana, on Sukhumvit and tried to buy for the same price, but she told me what I bought was fake. She knew from the price (should cost 3 or 4 times as much for the real thing) and most importantly the box. The real Cialis has a red triangle stamp with small red lettering on the back lower corner and also considerable amount of small thai script in black lettering adjacent to that. Check before you buy, if it is too cheap or not the right box, you are getting scammed. Went back to Pattaya a few days later and just for kicks, checked five more pharmacies and ALL had the fake stuff. Also she said that a fake Viagra is now being sold around Thailand (and I don't mean the Indian stuff). I don't know about the rest of you but I find the owner of this pharmacy to be refreshingly honest. Her prices aren't the greatest but she always looks out for her customers by selling the real thing.

Not sure of the pharmacy name. I'll use the Nana Hotel as a reference. Go out of the hotel turn left at the Soi, take a few hundred steps to Sukhumvit, turn right another 100 steps or so and it will be on the right. Younger girls working there don't have much knowldedge, but the middle aged thail lady who runs it, does.

In Pattaya try TOP Pharmacy (nothing to do with TOPS).
115/22 Moo10 Pratumnuk Rd. (Second Road)
Opposite the V.C. Hotel.
Ask for Miss Suwanmalee. A small lady with glass. Tell her you want the "real thing." Current price is 2,000THB for a box of four, 20mg pills.

I bought some Apcalis on two seperate occasions from the pharmacy on 2nd road between soi 13 and 13/2.
It appeared to do the job but it seems like a good idea to check for the red triangle.
I paid 700 for 4 apcalis and the pharmacy split them.

Yes there is fake Viagra being sold in the Suk area.
I got nailed by the shop just past Suk Soi 7 on the left walking up from Soi 5.
When I went back for refund or replacement, they refused.
