Do anybody know if Penagra is easily and commonly available everywhere in Bkk out of the usual Sukhumvit Rd (i.e. Silom Rd) and in North Eastern towns (Korat, Khon Kaen, Ubon, etc)? Almost all the posts here seem to refer always to few pharmacies between Nana and Robinsons on Sukhumvit.

To tell the truth, in normal circumstances I do not need it too. But when I come to LOS I usually have few days before go back home.
I feel like I must get the maximum possible from those days.. flying from a MP to another .. from a BG to the next, and so on.... no time to lose.
Huge overwork for my tool concentrated in so little time. I can stand "overwork" for 2 days or so, but after I found that Penagra is absolutely necessary to hold a frequency of 5-9 times a day. Without it, after a couple of days I can't manage to go over 2 times a day.
Well.. anyway it looks like I must make to Nana area again.

Theoretically, the stuff is supposed to start kicking in after 30 minutes. It should then start working at max efficiency from 1hr - 4hrs, and thereafter has a 'half life' during each ensuing 4hr period (ie, works at 50% efficiency, then 25% & so on). Of course, much depends on yr personal metabolism, whether you've just eaten heavily, etc etc.
P (like Viagra) works by inhibiting production of the 'detumescence enzyme'. I don't know if this stuff builds up in the system, but I find that taking just 25mg (1/4 tab) twice weekly as routine medication keeps problems permanently at bay, and the small individual doses mean there are no side effects.
Many guys have reported that taking the stuff just prior to doing the deed causes problems with finishing. I recently tried this with 50mg as an experiment, and found the same thing - though I'd never noticed this previously with last-minute 25mg doses.
I think there are significant individual differences with P & V. Best thing is to experiment with the stuff until you get the best overall results for you.
(PS: needless to say, I wouldn't touch the stuff except to keep up my average of 50 bonks a day, blah blah) Ý Ý

Interesting about the 2 times weekly thing.
How long time have you done this routine, and have you consulted a professional to ensure you may not have long term consequences doing that "trick", I'm just curious, because I like the idea.
PeterPan: Arcadius is right on target, take a "small" bite of a 100mg. tablet an hour before. On me that works for a good 24 hours.

Eating fat meals prior taking P reduces the amount of sildenafil absorbed by your body. So, when it is possible, I found that is better to assume it far from big meals.
In any case, I somehow recognize myself in what Arcadius said.. after getting some pills among 4-6 days at about 50-75 mg/day, the effect look like standing for further days without need to assume other extra pills. I can make my tool overwork forgetting about blue or pink tabs. Theorically this should be a non-sense, since the drug is supposed to be totally eliminated by the body... but.. what can I say? It works in my case.
Arcadius.. what do you mean when you said that some guys reported problems of "finishing"? In my case it is mandatory to stop assume P after 4 days, or I will stand toooooo long before I can finish. Making loooooong f..ks is lot of fun, but when the forces are about to abandon me and still have to finish, then it turns into a big problem.
Not an easy task, eh?

No, I haven't consulted a professional since I had myself cleared for V in general terms. I reckon that my total dosage (50mg a week) is so far under the recommended max (what's that - not more than one 100mg tab per day?) that there's no need.
I've been on this regime for about 8 months now. Like everyone else, I noticed that the 'residual' effects lasted quite a long time, so I just experimented until I arrived at the minimum usage necessary to guarantee performance at any time. I find this much more satisfactory than pill-popping just before the great event, when you run into all those annoying little timing problems.
I say 'guarantee'. In truth, I generally carry around a 1/4 tab (25mg) in case I've over-indulged on the booze when the need is suddenly urgent (even at 18, I was never very good at getting it up when rat-arsed). I'm not sure that this rare top-up is actually needed - I take it in those circumstances mainly for peace of mind. The last thing I want to do is worry about this shit when I'm supposed to be having fun.
As I said earlier - I've never found any adverse effect on 'finishing' with a last-minute 25mg, but with 50mg it seems to be a different story.
Of course, your mileage may vary. I would say that so long as you keep under the maximum dose, there's no harm in experimenting until you arrive at the optimum personal solution, and I would encourage people to do exactly that. There is NO point in taking more V or P than you actually need.
PS: Re the tabs, I get them split in the shop & then bite them in half again as needed (yech!). However, I gather you can buy your own pill-cutter for B200. Ý

For the first time ever I bought Viagra at a pharmasy in Sukomwit.
I do normally never have any problem with this but wanted to try.
I bought the 100mg and took 1 tablet and absolutely nothing happened.
Could this be fake Viagra or doesnít it work for everyone?

Agreed - I found this curious too, but I haven't been been able to find any specific info about it. I can only assume either: 1) the enemy enzyme builds up in the body to some extent, and if you inhibit its production for long enough (or regularly enough) it doesn't get a chance to do this, or 2) there is some sort of placebo effect going on.
I'd guess that the answer is '1', but I don't really care. If it works, it works - that's all I ask. Ý
Re finishing - I think the problem is as you describe. You want and feel ready to finish but just can't (or at least not without difficulty). Long f_cks are all very well, but you want to be in control of the situation.
The solution for many people (including me) seems to be to bonk on the residual effects, not when your body is working flat out to metabolise the stuff out of your system.

If 100mg did nothing for you, I'd guess certainly fake unless you have a problem. The only time I popped 100mg, I certainly knew all about it. The immediate results were very gratifying, but I couldn't get junior down again after 2 shots and this was NOT comfortable at all.
Several threads here should point you to kosher outlets for V. Otherwise try P - it's exactly the same (sildenafil), and I've never heard of any fakes in LOS. The mark-up is much lower, so there's probably no point.
Edited addition (8 Aug) - just a thought, Viking. You do realise, don't you, that V & P don't work automatically? The onus is on you to get sexually aroused in the first place. If you just sit in a cold bath thinking about your financial woes and what a bitch your ex-wife is, nothing will happen. These things don't actually 'give' you an erection - they inhibit the chemical that causes an erection to break down. And there is no effect on the libido at all - this stuff is no use for anything except righting a glitch with the hydraulics.
