Have read a bit more and found the following other names for Cialis: Apcalis and Vigalis. Both the same thing as the original, that is generic Tadalafil.
BTW, also found the following warning info (I quote) :
Sexual activity carries a possible risk to patients with heart disease because it puts an extra strain on your heart. If you have a heart problem you should tell your doctor.
The following are reasons why Apcalis may also not be suitable for you. If any of them apply to you, talk to your doctor before you take the medicine:
- You have sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of red blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow), leukaemia (cancer of the blood cells) or any deformation of your penis.
- You have a serious liver or kidney problem.
Taking other medicines: As a general rule, always tell your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicine, even those not prescribed, because occasionally they might interact.This is particularly important if you are treated with nitrates as you should not take Apcalis if you are taking these medicines. Do not take Apcalis with other medicines if your doctor tells you that you may not.
You should not use Apcalis together with any other treatments for erectile dysfunction. Apcalis is not intended for use by women or by children under the age of 18.
Driving and using machines: As dizziness has been reported in men taking Apcalis in clinical studies, you should be aware of how you react to Apcalis before you drive or operate machinery.
Apcalis contains lactose and should not be taken by patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
If you take Apcalis with any nitrate medicine or recreational drug containing nitrates, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to an unsafe level. You could get dizzy, faint, or even have a heart attack or stroke. Nitrates are found in many prescription medicines that are used to treat angina (chest pain due to heart disease) such as: nitroglycerin (sprays, ointments, skin patches or pastes, and tablets that are swallowed or dissolved in the mouth), isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate (tablets that are swallowed, chewed, or dissolved in the mouth). Nitrates are also found in recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite (poppers). If you are not sure if any of your medicines contain nitrates, or if you do not understand what nitrates are, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Cialis is my preferred choice over Viagra and other knock-off's with Viagra yoiu definitely feel you are high on a drug. The side effects of blue vision, headaches, etc. I did a liitle internet research and found that Viagra affects the PDE-5 smooth muscle group that promotes erection, but it does not exactly do an exact job and leakage oocurs into other muscle groups such as the eyes, hence the blue vision.
Cialis does a better job of hitting the specific area bull's eye. Just like the other drugs you need to be turned-on before the effects become evident.
The bonus is the half-life of this drug is 17 hours. So when you wake up in the morning you could pound nails with your hardon.
So my advice if you take this drug you better go LT and not ST unless you have some construction to do.

Receved an email from an online pharmacy in the US advising cilalis will be available in 2 to 3 weeks. Email said it would be the same price as Viagra. I doubt the price part but we will wait and see.
