Fees start at around THB 3,000 if the girls is a month over or so.
Usually THB 1,000 per month more. Some clinics refuse if the girl is pregant for three months or more.

Well my lady had a miscarriage at 12 months. We went to Bumrungrad on Sukhumvit Soi 3 and it ran 20,000 for the DNC. This would obviously be upper bound. Any other hospital probably would have been much less.
I would not trust a clinic to care for a loved one with such an important procedure.

Total cost is under 2k baht, money is paid in various parts as you go from an initial ultrasound to the final deed. Beware this is not at all like a western style service, little if any counselling is offered and the whole thing is done within 2 to 3 hours from entering the building (and much sitting around waiting).
It seems to be a fairly brutal place with no anaesthetic offered to the patient, which leads to some pain during and after the operation. Information on other places (offering more of a western experience) is scant, unsurprising really given that abortion is illegal (except in certain special circumstances) in Thailand.
The follow up visit is perfunctory possibly not even involving an examination.
A google search should yield the number of an organisation in Mor Chit offering advice.
