Yep!
same thing happened to me in march this year.
One packet,I cut in half and they tastes bitter on the tongue. worked ok all day.
Second packet cut in two did not have the bitter taste and were bloody useless.
I was up country so could not go back.
Surely we hadf some redress here, some one could have a qiuet word with our friend.

I haven't had any problems at KS and I've been going there for the past couple of years. I asked when they first started selling the pills without the box (maybe a year ago) and they said something about it being easier to ship that way.
Bought some there a couple of days ago seemed to work fine. I'm not always sure how much is the Penegra and how much is my own manly virility  but if I take the Penegra, my boner subsides much more slowly.
They know me there, so maybe they sell fake stuff to newbies

I used to go to KS myself but, out of convenience, I've been using a pharmacy on Sukhumvit between soi 20 and 22, closer to 22, lately.
Cialis and Apcialis. No probs, as far as I know, but alcohol does play a huge factor.
At least, with the 48 hour drugs, if you don't have a hard on in the morning, you definitely know you're f***ed. Or not, as the case may be.

I have been using KS for many years..
Been using the penagra as well... bring some back to the USA for friends who don't want to pay Viagra prices..
Never had a problem..
Knowing the help there, I cannot believe they were that rude..
I have a hunch the poster is one of the asshole types that love to bad mouth places where their 'assholeness' is the reason for the conflict in the first place...

I do not know about that.
I was having a conversation with a pharmacist in Phuket recently and she informed (and demonstrated to me) how to detect fake packages of Cilais.
She warned me that there was a ton of illegal pills being marketed throughout Thailand and that counterfeiters are packaging drugs in sealed boxes with authentic looking packets. The best bet is to build a relationship with a pharmacy you trust and be ready to pay the market price for the drug.
Also note that many of these smaller pharmacies buy from wholesalers and it may be the wholesaler and not the pharmacy that is the crook.

I am reluctant to put that information out because it is not foolproof. BUT...
You need a black light. There is a Pfizer logo in clear (but florescent) ink on the lower right corner of the package. It can only be seen under a black light.

Now I know that a counterfeiter could duplicate this hidden logo but the ink is expensive and hard to apply.
That being said caveat emptor...

Hi,
I bought a pack of Apcalis (generic version of Cialis) this week at KS for 700 Baht (4 tablets in a box).
I think it was fake because I took one and it did not give me any of the effects that I usually experience (higher temperature etc), I could get hard but thats not why I use it in the first place, it's more to last longer and to control when I cum.
The box looked different from the ones I bought before too.
It was also a lot cheaper then the Apcalis I bought in the past with them.
So be warned about this, maybe better to find another place to buy this kind of stuff, recommendations welcome (for both bkk and pty where I will be spending the weekend)

Because of the doubts concerning KS I need a recommendation for another pharmacy close to soi 19 which sells Apcalis (Cialis).
Maybe there has been yet another name change of the product lately??
If no suggestions are forthcoming I will have to go to the bigger pharmacy between 2 and 4, no problems there in the past, I think 800 for 4 Apcalis, about 2000 Cialis.
The Apcalis is quite good for LOS, just keep topping up with half a tablet.
I arrive Friday guys so do not leave it too long
