First she's not a hooker as her first source of income. I know DG/snoops will chime in that they're all whores in the end, but it is not her first income source, so this is not a scam.
Typical Thai BF to bolt when things don't go right for him, and as she said telling the family is out.

Snoops...the funeral I referred to was a grandmother of a Thai bar girl.
We had a home in the same Village ( my then wife and I) this girl returned home a day after her grandmother death.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I goofed up with the dates a bit. She was 5 days overdue for her periods and took the test only to find out that she was pregnant. And no, she has never asked for any money, and support from a farang isnt her intention.
As stated by koolbreez, she is not a hooker, she has a decent job with a decent salary. She just made a wrong choice with that thai fellow. She is scared at this point of time and thought of me as a person to share this with. And as her friend (and not as someone who slept with her over a year ago), I just wanted to give her some emotional support. I wont be catching a 7 hour flight to be by her side for this purpose. It IS her problem, but like many others, a push in the right direction is all that she needs.
