I like Haam Sup's one word reply, except for the slight misspelling. It's LECITHIN. I've used it for years after working out....it helps flush the muscles after breaking them down through excercise, allowing them to recover faster. Soarness goes away much faster and the muscle can rebuild for another "go".
I had not thought of trying it for semen renewal, but it makes sense. I'll definitely be bringing a supply on my next trip to LOS.

A pharmacist speaking: Bankropolis is right. HCG and Clomid will increase the sperm count. HCG will actually also (at least temporarily) increase the size of your testicles! HCG (available as Pregnyl in Bangkok) is injected; two injections of 2'500 iu or even 5'000 iu within two weeks will do a good job. Together with the HCG you take Clomid (clomiphene citrate or Ovinum in Bangkok); 2 times 50 mg a day for 2 to 3 weeks. The Clomid will actually prevent the bitch tits from growing because it acts as an estrogen antagonist; only if you are using additional steroids you would have to use stronger anti-estrogens like Nolvadex.
The HCG/Clomid will increase your sperm count, sperm mobility and the fructose leven in your sperm and also your testosterone level which will increase your sex drive. Unfortunately it will not increase the volume of your ejaculations because most of the fluid is produced in the prostatic gland. However do you care how much sperms are in your ejaculate? What we want is a bigger load and this has to be produced in the prostatic gland.
Yohimbe and L-Arginin and Lecithin and Ginseng seem to be a little bit effective. The most effective of these is Yohimbe (or its active ingredient Yohimbin); Yohimbin was also used as an erection-enhancer in the dark ages before Viagra. You can find the best Yohimbin in Bangkok sold in pharmacies under the name Coxhim. Unfortunately I didn't come across a medication that stimulates the prostatic gland to produce more fluid and thus give us bigger loads.
Maybe HCG/Clomid will shorten your recharging time but I bet Viagra and Cialis are much better at that.
