How old are you. If your over 35 you might want to consider taking Andriol. It's made in Holland and it testosterone. This is a VERY POWERFUL DRUG and you should check with your Doctor before you take any. It takes about 30 to 45 days to kick in. This is available in Thailand without a prescription.
I think of this as vitamin T. It puts a spring in my step. I feel better. It doesn't give me a hard on nor does it cause me to last longer. I'm 57 y/o and when my Doctor tested my testosterone level I was low normal.

Just some of my personal experiences with Viagra, Penegra and Cialis.
My last trip I hadn’t heard of Cialis so I was limited to Viagra I brought with me and Penegra I bought at a drugstore on 2nd rd Pattaya.
I had 6-8 beers and several shooters during the hours b/f I hit my hotel with my new love. I took a 100mg Viagra (not having known at that time that it could have been split at least in half) about an hour before we got naked and was disappointed that I still maintained the alcoholic softie and couldn’t get it up till I had a piss hard on in the morning. I also woke up with a headache, but couldn’t say if it was from the Viagra or a hangover.
The next night I took it easy on the booze and it seemed to work better. Still had the slight headache and some strange stomach feelings the next morning. Must say I slept well as we woke up in the same entwined position as when we went to sleep.
Researched Penegra on the internet and found that it was the same chemical as Viagra only produced in India by the same company that had made it for Pfizer until the patent rights in India ran out. Same effect, just a lot cheaper.
Next night I tried Dostinex that I had bought in Mexico, don’t know yet if it’s available in Thailand. I understand this suppresses or increases a brain-produced enzyme that affects the refractory period it takes to get another erection. This worked well with no side effects.
I also tried Uprima that has a totally different action. It supposedly works on a hormone produced in the brain that increases libido. Good results from both Dostinex and Uprima but very expensive at least in Mexico.
Last night I bought Cialis at the drugstore near the Ambassador entrance. Just a word of caution. There are two pharmacies in the same block. I asked the price at the one nearest the Ambassador Plaza and was quoted first 4500 BHT for four 20mg. When I said that was to expensive the clerk said she would let me have it for 3700 BHT. I passed and went to the next store nearer the Ambassador entrance. Immediately quoted 2500 BHT for the same four tablets and bought.
Now to the effects: About an hour b/f I bar fined the lady, I slipped into the restroom and popped a 20mg Cialis. I found out later from the prospectus packed with the tablets that 10mg would have done the trick. The first thing I noticed about a 1/2 hour later I started to get a tingling below when the girl rubbed up against me on the dance floor. (At my age this is a rare event). Back at the hotel I showered after she did and started to get a woody when I soaped the guy down. Had thoughts of getting one off then but passed on the idea thinking that it might not last and should save it for her. We had at least a half hour of foreplay and kept the stiff the whole time. My brain wanted to go a second round but was to tired from the long flight and just cuddled till we fell asleep. This morning I woke up with a another stiff (not a piss hard on), and had a morning-er off the same pill. No headache, no strange stomach feeling. Just a smile on my face.
My hat’s off Cialis and by splitting the pills into 8 pieces, comes out to just a little over 300 BHT a dose.
I take several medications that work against getting an erection, but this little yellow pill worked stronger and I don’t think it was affected as much as Viagra by the alcohol. Just my own experience and Cialis may have different action on someone else, but I recommend it highly.

Cialis is the bomb! I spent the $100 for Levitra and it worked OK. Headaches and nasal stuffiness with me. Never read the side effects on the box, but definitely felt these.
Next visit to LOS, I brought my new Cialis with me. About 1/2 hr to get the tingle, and then watch out. I was dancing with my GF at Xtasy Pattaya, and had the soldier at full attention for 3 hours. Doesn't really help me last any longer, but it seems to work for a t least 48 hours and I swear I get "echo hard-ons" 3-4 days later!! Highly recommended. Expensive for the real stuff.
side effects-worst indigestion/heart burn I have ever had after taking for 1 week, every other day. Went away when I came back to the States.
Any repots on generic Cialis- Apcalis?? Where can I get it in Pattaya?

I have tried a lot of these pills and have found that Cialis is the best for peformance.The only problem,besides the higher price is the ''heartburn''effect. For the last 3 years I have been on HRT. A testosterone cream,for two years,and then testosterone "implants. I just had the third lot implanted 3 days ago.[3 x200 mg pellets] they seem to last for 4 months,and I have found that if your testosterone levels are low, then the viagra/penagra etc dont work as well as they should.On the other side,if my testosterone levels are extra high,I feel like I am a teenager again and awake up during the night and morning with a raging hard on.Another ''plus''is that I have gained more muscle,and lost fat
