On my first trip to Thailand in 1992, being ignorant and thinking nobody cared, I bought some hooch off a guy on Patpong, who delivered it to me in the Mexican restaurant at the foot of the street. About 5 minutes later, a cop walked through the restaurant, just entering one door and exiting the other. Fortunately, I probably didn't look like a big enough fish for him to bother with.
I would like to discourage everyone from having anything to do with drugs, especially in Thailand. You can't be sure the guy you got it from won't tip off the cops, and you could find yourself the target of a blackmail scheme, or worse.
BTW, that was some awesome stuff, but I don't indulge anymore.

But, I completely agree with everyone that has said NOT to do drugs in Thailand. Great opinions and advice for anyone thinking about risking their vacation.

I imagine you are refering to Senor Picos at the Rembrandt Hotel.
It is actually in Sukhumvit Soi 18 (although also accessible from Suk Soi 20.)
