Coming back to stay in BKK this week,wanna some change in my life here.Working out again etc.First of all I need inexpensive GYM to go,central BKK area,possibility to pay for every entry and not global.
Another question where can I buy protein bars,amino pills and stuff like this?

i will be in bangkok 22/12 and i will stay for about 4 years , i´m used to train at the gym 5 days a week so if someone know some good but not to expansive gym it would be great, tnx

ok Nahoj and rami here are you options....
first you have your most expensive option which is the fitness center at the Landmark Hotel at the Asoke bts stop.. that is expensive and they want a minimum 3 month membership... i train at rocky gym at the Ratchathewi bts across from the Asia hotel... it is 1000bt a month.. i really love it there.. i can train barefoot hardcore... I also have a membership at the Thewet Youth Centre which is my absolute fave as i have a lot of thai friends that train there... but it is a little out of the way from bts line/central bangkok...
I think there is another gym on silom called california fitness or something but i never checked it out (dont hangout too much down on silom)
As for supplements there are GNC's at practically all the malls MBK and Discovery Center i have been to. Their product mix is nothing like North America but i think you can get amino's and even creatine if you're into it...
I hope this helps.. i will be picking up my own training when i get back in the spring...

not sure on the rates, but it's free for residents of the President Park serviced apartments, but the Capitol Club is awesome, aestetically and functionally, Check it out... I'm sure there's links online, do a yahoo! search...
