Bit of a diffrant topic here, but I am differant, the members that have met me know this. I am going to fly my mother over here to get some cosmetic surgary done as it is bloody cheap here about 3rd of the price. While she is there I thought I might see what things I can have taken away and made bigger if you catch my drift. I did not mean my C0c$. Help would be nice off the X pats here that use hospitals or even seomone that has had something done or knows somone that has had something done. Advice is really needed as I do not want me or my mother to get Butchard.

For the benefit of those who don't know you, could you explain in what way are you different. Then maybe more could help you with answers. I mean, once they know it will be easier also to understand what it is that you want both, removed and made bigger.
By the way, once it is bigger after it is removed, how do you use it? Do you carry it in your pocket for use whenever you want? I am a bit curious.

I am more confused about what you wrote, than what I said so I will try and explain. I was trying to make light of a not happy subject (shoot me down in flames for that) I am different as I am a bit on the mad side. I do not have a 15" dick or do I have a huge growth on my back (the bells) They where rhetorical comments. But it is not a rhetorical question. Help would be good on plastic or cosmetic operations and good hospitals in Bangkok, no help wanted on my spelling, English grammar, punctuation or comedy skills. Gracefully thank you for help I am hoping to receive.

And again, unless you want generic comments, the question was "What kind of plastic surgery are you looking for" - they offer everything in Thailand, from liposuction, to sex-change... Unless you provide more details, it would be difficult for anyone to provide you with specifics.

Dr. Suporn does other plastic surgeries too. He is top-notch. The staff is incredible. You will stay at Akchol hospital in Chonburi. If I ever wanted any plastic surgery done, I'd go to this guy. The absolute best. His wife Aoi is a wonderful person.
It takes about an hour and a half to go to Chonburi from BKK.

I'd just be worried about going in for a simple liposuction, and accidentally coming out as Harriet, considering what his main line of surgery is.
Seems pretty challenging to find a plastic surgeon in Thailand that does *not* do SRS.
