I found the following on a web site written by Serge Kreutz, an Asia-based (BKK?) journalist who seems to have very extensively researched aphrodisiacs. His sites are well worth a visit.
"Unfortunately, many men outside the US and Western Europe who think they have tried Viagra actually never have. Not in a therapeutical dosage, anyway. In Southeast Asia, where I live, it has, for some time, been almost impossible to buy genuine Viagra. What is sold in pharmacies in countries like Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia is very often fakes.
At prices of more than 10 dollars per 100-milligram tablet, there is, of course, an enormous incentive to produce fakes.
There are two kind of fakes: those that contain the actual active ingredient, sildenafil citrate, and those that are just expensive placebos, with no active ingredient, or with the active ingredient heavily diluted."
Now I know from the field reports that some brothers obviously have sex organs that function like AK47s on full auto. But for the others among us who benefit from a little help from Pfizer etc., has anybody compared Thai Viagra to that from the US? Any difference?

Good call Groundpowder, I've had the odd query along similar lines, definately whats brought here is more than likely fake, regardless of packaging - but believe me, it dosent pay to say so too loudly !! - I usually take DHEA, which is a natural product, nothing as powerful, but Im still sure it helps, plus mates wanting a short time fix, I suggest "andirol" - it is basically testosterone, not good for the Heart in large doses, but taking a couple in the evening before you venture out during a week or two visit wont do you any harm, and likewise does seem to get you fairly erect, in about 3-4 hours time ! All products available at the Chinese chemist near soi 4, [ the larger shop of the two] DHEA around 650 bt. for bottle of 60, Andirol 150 bt for a strip of 10. - Of course a proven fact, that re sex, as long as you think you can - you can, - so an area that Placebo's often work well !!

oops - re DHEA, actually costs around 1500 bt here, another useful product, Melotonin, which naturally adjusts your sleep patterns, is what costs the 650 bt.

I know a guy who bourght viagra both in bangkok and pattaya.
Alwright. I admit it . It was me.
And believe me ,it works.
Dont go for short times.You will be left behind with a lot of talent ,at 3 or 4 o´clock at night with no place to go.
I can descripe where i got it in pattaya very prescise.
Even thuogh this is a bkk site ,i wouldnt be surprised if 1 or 2 of the brothers would find them selfes in pattaya at one time or an other.
Here goes :
We start at the corner of Beach Road and Central Road.
Then you walk up the Central Road on the left side.
You cross Second Road and continue up Central Road for 100-200 meters. There you will find a chemist still on the left side.
It is a medium size chemist with 2 or 3 rows of chairs.
Outside of the chemist is a big red sign that says
" VIAGRA" . You cant miss it.
There is however one "BUT".
It was 1 year ago , so i can not garentie for the quality today.
But the pills i got was very good.
I also bought some in bkk in the Saphan Khwai area, where i stayed last year.
I can not give directions, because i havent been able to find a good detailed map of the saphan Khwai area ,on the internet.
If someone can post a link to a good map. I will be glad to give directions.
When i go back in sept/okt i give a prescise adresse.

You will get fake viagra at these places. The pharmacy oppisite the landmark hotel, that has Viagra written outside. I talked to the owner, and he says, that by selling fake vaigra his profits have skyrocketed.
How do I know this?
I caught him while he was refilling a official Viagra bottle with contents from a plastic bag stuffed with fakes.
He is also so kind to give you 1 free viagra for every 10 purchased. I strongly advice not to go to him.
Also the lady that runs the pharmacy between Soi 7 and 7/1 sells fakes and real ones. If you go in there and ask for just one pill, you will get the same fake the other guy sales. However if you purchase a pack of 4. You will get the original stuff with the hologram box.

Sorry tittiporn,
I cannot give no 100% safe bets here, as Thailand is still #1 in the fake industry. Your best bet would be to use a Internet service such as the one adversised on this webpage. Its much cheaper and you get the real stuff. And so far I never had any problems with customs as long as you send via normal air mail (not fedex).

Viagra, to insure that you get the real thing, buy it in the Phizer blister packs.. you can buy four at a time this way..
I get it at the KS pharmacy which is about three doors down from the Robinsons on soi 19 .. small shop, ask for Khun Naris or Khun Sunee
They also have the Indian Viagra which works just as well and is about half the price B750 for four 100mg

There are a couple of reputed pharmaceutical companies in India that manufacture their own brands of sildenafil citrate tablets - Suhagra and Penagra. I have tried Suhagra and it is just as effective as Viagra.
Bt 750 for 4 tablets? WOW! 50mg tablets sell for Rs.75 (less than Bt 70) for four tabletsin India.
