Mac sales have increased a WHOPPING 1% in the past year, now up to (Drum Roll...Ta Daaaaaaaa...) 6% of the WHOLE world market. WOW! That's SOME "abandonment" of PCs I must say.
Sales FACTS by IDC (International Data Corporation), premier market analyst (not fanboy rants), record the following for US Market Share percentages for 2011 Q4: HP 23%/Dell 22/Apple 10/ Toshiba 10/Acer 8/ Other 25. (So Koolbreez,it's much worse than you think).
A very weak Number 3 in the US (# 1 & #2 alone sell FOUR AND ONE-HALF TIMES as many PC units.) And, La Di Daaa..,, Mac is Number 6 in the world, additionally behind Lenovo and Asus.
So Apple makes more $ per unit for the Mac, a fair machine, as are some of their other products, but is it/are they worth the extra premium primarily attributable to market hype and snob appeal?
And would you recommend INVESTING on the assumption that they will CONTINUE their market advantage in phones or tablets? Or would you even make a friendly bet on it ? Come on, put your money where your mouth is.
Everyone else is circling your wagons, Apple. Many tech advisers and users already rate the Samsung Galaxy S III above the I-5.
And that's just the beginning of the end of the Short Happy Life of Apple's Magical Comeback. (Not even taking into account major internal management problems).
Now rant on.

The guy has a financial interest in the company, shares, so its a purely biased view. Would you trust the opinion of someone that has an unhealthy interest in a bird with a brain the size of a pea?

It IS all he can think to say. Literally. This is one of the hallmarks of the FANBOY, very much like cult members like born-again Xians. "Can't you see the truth? It's right there staring you in the face! You must be...blind."
They are SO wrapped up in their one-sided, myopic view of the world that they are gobsmacked when others don't share their [uncritical] vision of the "Grand Master Plan". In the end, it's pointless to try to reason with them.

Actually not cheaper, the same price, (the Apple Store launched it for less than True and AIS had it up for!) but yes, I agree, superior.

What? The Iphone5 same priced as the Samsung SIII (21,900 baht).
I have both and Iphone 4S (64gb) and a Samsung SIII.
They're both fine and have their advantages and disadvantages.
There is simply no better or worse.
