This is actually in a small hotel, damn I forget the name. Anyway, I decided to try it out to get some info.
You get in there, there are 2 receptionists asking you what kind of massage you want, then they bring out the photo album, and you choose your masseuse. The hotel rooms are small, but compared to Baron's rooms, it's much larger since there are 2 single beds, with an attached bathroom.
Clientele are basically Japanese and Korean. Though the massage prices are reasonable, e.g. 400 B/hour for oil massage, the extras are exorbitantly high.
HJ = 1,000 B
FS = 2,000 - 3,000 B (sometimes 4,000 B!!) 
You are probably better off at Baron or Euro Inn (on Soi 31).

mm3, I'd say average, but that's just one sampling. Perhaps, I need to try out more girls to get a better idea of the quality. 
BTW, the receptionist tells me that there are some Filipinas living in that hotel, they are working here.

I visited Heaven 3 times this week because I was to lazy to venture out. All 3 girls gave a 2 hour oil massage for 600 Baht. They all performed different routines, quite unusual for a place frequented by Koreans and Japanese as places that cater to this group usually offer a very uniformed service. Looks like all attendents have worked in different mps before and received no inhouse training. The massage was average at best. They all made their own move in asking if I wanted additional massage for my little friend. I agreed and said it would be worth 500 Baht for me and they gladly accepted. None of them seemed to be open for FS but for a BJ or body to body massage. One of them was very enthusiastic in offering me a body massage, but would insist: "Body massage only, no sex." So she took off her top but left her panties on. When she started to rub her breast on me, she asked. "how much you pay me?" I said 500. She got dressed again and said that 500 Baht is the price for HJ, only. I did not mind because her body looked not so great after I saw her undressed.
The prices for traditional massage 200/300 Baht for 1/2 hours.
Oilmassage: 400/600 for 1/2 hours.
Aroma Therapy 700 for 2 hours.
They have a hotel in the same buidling. Basic rooms with seperate shower, queen size bed, aircon and a small TV. Price: 580 Baht. If you don't need a fridge and are on a budget, it might be worth a try. It is pretty quiet. Name of the hotel is Regent if I recall right.

Justr returned a few times to Heaven massage and found some changes in this place.
Regular prices for oil massage is 600/800 Baht 1/2 hours. Until 28th of February they offer 25% discount. Currently they do not show you their photo album. Your are led to a small showroom on the second floor to pick your attendant in person. 5 to 10 girls dpending on time of day.
The rooms all have a 'no sex' sticker on the indside of the doors.
However, some of the girls offer you more than a handjob, now. One of them even took off their panties while she was massaging me without me asking for it. Well, one thing let to another and she gave me a nice full body massage. She offered sex as well, but the body sliding was just fine for me. After I was finished she asked me to shower, but was a bit suprised to see me ask for the completion of the full 2hours for massage. Well, she complied and I gave her 1000 Baht tip. She asked for an additional tip, 2000 in all. I refused, so she went down to 500 more. I refused. I refused again, so she asked for taxi fare. I smiled and refused again. When she escorted me to the exit, she gave me her contact and asked to return, so I guess the 1000 were still a good tip for her.
As written before, the massage is average and extras are possible. Just don't overpay. You get away by paying the normal prices.

Had one of the worst oily massages in recent history in Heaven Massage the other day.
The 2 hour oily was 600 BHT, paid up front. There were four photos to choose from.
All 4 were average at best looks wise, imho.
Reception was businesslike and had none of the welcoming feel I've received at Sazanka.
You are next led up the elevator to a hotel room. Good sized room with TV, air, and twin bed.
One very sleepy looking girl came in after about 5 minutes. She looked much better in the pic, which is not much of a compliment.
She had me take a shower solo, and then proceeded to give me one of the most uninspired and tedious oilys ever. I even cut it short by 40 minutes it was such a waste of time. My back had about 4 liters of oil on it.
As for extras, the only one of offer with this sleep queen was 500 BHT for HJ. No chance the clothes were coming off, even for more.
I realize these places can be hit or miss in terms of who you get. This was three strikes - batter out, but with one pitch.
I won't be back.
