Try "Sousiree Sauna Institute" that has blind masagerers (both male and femail) located on a side road beside the Dusit Hotel in Naklua.
Go for the 2 hour (Baht 200) route! I've actually done the course at Wat Po that these folk are so well experienced at and I'd highly recommend them. There is a vegetarian restaurant, body scrub facility and you can buy the herbal ecoutrements etc. No P4P but a professionally run place in a peaceful location.

It's obvious to us all that you're probably not the smartest person in the world, but have you heard of the phrase "sense of touch?" Can you see your own asshole when you wipe it? Probably not unless you have mirrors on the floor. Notice how you can feel where your asshole is, without having to see your asshole? (Err.. you DO wipe your asshole, don't you?) Well, blind people operate the same way - they may not have eyes, but (hopefully) they do have what we call, "hands" which is used to massage people. You need to take care to get value for money when visiting the Sousiree massage place near the Dusit Hotel. You might find it best to ask for a strong massage, so you can be sure they are working on your body all the time.
With the gentle massage some of the staff have a tendency to fall asleep during the massage. There are a few times I have had to shove or nudge the masseur/masseuse to wake them up. If you are having a gentle or soft massage it can sometimes be difficult to tell if the masseur/masseuse has fallen asleep.
Many of the people working there are tired all the time. Some of them work nights walking around the bars singing and then days in the massage parlour. The only time they get to sleep is when they are massaging a client.
In the end I decided it was better to stick to places where they can see - that way you can tell if they have their eyes open or closed. Have not been to Sousiree for a few years now so it may have changed, but I see no reason why it should have unless customers have made a fuss about this.

Bimlee: It's a good experience having someone discard what they see (obviously involuntary in this case) and use the sense of touch only. It works very well.

There is another Thai Blind Massage Institute on the corner by Jomtien. Also a great Thai massage place on North Road, just past the third road lights while traveling towards Dolphin Circle. Both places have air con rooms.
