Very, very little attention has been given to Soi (Sukh) 8, partly because better quality and cleaner service can be found elsewhere. But there is a little of everything on this forgotten, lost Soi.
Massage: on the corner with Sukh there's a massage parlor that does quality foot and back massages, often by friendly ladies with good attitudes.
Just up the street there's a new massage place: also very nice people, and quality foot massages, facial massages, manicures, etc.
Further up, on the right, in a sub-soi: the famous Lolitas. A few good looking girls, and tons of supposedly well-trained, anxious girls. Just be sure to stay clean and safe cuz it's a revolving door there.
Restaurants: Carlione's is a biker, gangster hang out. No point going there unless you're "in" with them. Viya Via Italian is a very nice little italian place; overpriced, but great atmosphere. The White House: very friendly owner, but doesn't seem to retain staff for unknown reason. They have average/poor food, but excellent pub/beer atmosphere. Beer Garden closed.
Go by this soi and check 'er out; spend some money and try to support it.

I would not call Corleone's a biker joint.
Maybe a leather jacket or two can be seen there from time to time, but a bike joint ? Not really.
In fact, the June RT for this forum was held there.
Bet you did not know that.
Or do you think BTF is a biker forum ?
The other info is interesting... thanks.
Also see my post a few weeks ago about Soi 8 food in the Food forum. The Italian place is slightly overpriced, but not that much compared to other upscale looking places that serve good non Thai food.

Now maybe one of the owners has a checkered past, I do not know. But I pass there all the time and have never seen a Harley or other big bike parked outside.

a local biker "club" hangs out there regularly (you will notice them by their large bikes, and matching black leather vests). if you haven't seen a bike there lately, it's because that entire street is torn up (sewage repair). whether or not Corleeonies is a biker or mafia hang out is irrelevant.

Corleones is definetely a hangout for a few bikers. I think their group is called Mad Dog or something like that. My missus worked there for a short time and claimed the owner who is a member of the group is connected with the mafia. Pesonally I thought he was a little prick who hung around with a couple of big guys and was in a biker gang and so thought he was somebody. Same with a few of the guys who hung out there regularly.
Having said that it is a cool place to hang out, but it can be quite cliquey, or at least it was when I used to go. This could be because there are a lot of scandinavian guys hanging out there and I'm not one.

What is the name of the place you are referring to?
As you walk down Soi 8, there are two oily places and one hair salon on the right. Not sure what you mean by semi-hidden, as they are all on the main road. Curious to know which one has four floors.
I thought it was the "Jesters" who hung out at Corleones? Maybe not.
All in all, though, 95% of Corleones (just like Soi 8 as a whole) is a pretty quiet place.
I kind of like it that way.
