Nico may have been mentioned in the "other" thread, but it probably deserves more visibility... so here it is. The place is 400 meters south of Sukhumvit on Ratchadapisek (Asoke), on the west side of the street... directly opposite from the mouth of Suk 16. It's a shophouse, with plenty of signs... access is via an elevator to the 3rd floor.
A Chinese style reception area awaits the intrepid visitor, who is subjected to a bewildering menu with unique pricing schemes that are not found at any other OM venue. Don't believe me? See below:

S/M/L? As in jock size? Condom size? Even the employees don't seem to understand the underlying logic... if indeed there is any. It may help to remember that the owner is Korean, and his main business is a nearby Korean BBQ restaurant. Or that may not help at all.
The place is not user friendly, but if you are ambitious enough to fight your way through the bewildering menu choices you will find that the rooms are clean, with good lighting, high tech showers, and standard hard massage tables... above average cleanliness and equipment. There are no windows in the doors, which may explain why "NO FS" is the house rule.
There are currently 4 employees... sorry, no superstars, but I have had two very competent massage sessions here, with hot towel treatment and a choice of various oils and lotions. The thing to bear in mind is that the somewhat confusing pricing is somehow designed to include hand relief, but nothing else.
OK place, as long as your expectations are in line with those of the Korean manager, who gives his employees about 200 per trick and does not allow them to offer any more than a basic hand job.

The manager used to be manager of Sazanka and the service here is fairly similar in basic concept. He initially brought some of the staff of Sazanka with him when Nico opened, though I'm not sure if any of the current ones are former Sazanka or not.

It is actually a matter of what you are looking for. If you have a lot of energy and are looking for a full on shagging session, Nick is correct, give this place a miss.
On the other hand, if you re feeling a bit tired and just want to have pleasant massage with some pleasant relief at the end, Sazanka-style, it might just do it for you. There was a girl at Nico who was also previously at Sazanka whose hands I found to be absolute magic. Unfortunately she has now "retired".
Different strokes for different folks I guess.

"...what you are looking for"... and where you are. I would not go out of my way to patronize Nico... too many better alternatives. But if I was stuck somewhere close like the Sheraton Grand and wanted a competent no surprises rub with hand relief, this place would be a workable option.
The biggest issue is the owner's convoluted pricing scheme... he is building about b500 in for an obligatory handjob, but giving his employees only b140 of that. High staff turnover is therefore virtually guaranteed.
