PINGA: This is based upon experiences. That's all. The extras I got were mainly hj at the spa rooms mainly coz the girls(s) was/were very scared. After few visits the approach was easier. If PAGEUP is talking about the PAN PACIFIC I am very familiar with this place since I enjoy the facilities 4-5 times a week for the last 2 years.
What I said is based upon my experience and comments from the girlfriend I had there. Yes, you can get some "extras" but the managers are not stupid and most of the times spot accurately whether a girl was providing extras in the spa rooms since the chick is suppose to leave the room while you are: a) undressing, b) taking a shower. There are two small rooms and one BIG SUITE there. However, if the chick goes to the room (perfectly possible) and gives the extras there, then is obviously very little chance for the manager(s) to spot a girl "providing extras". But the warn to the girls is done on regular basis anyway. I've seen 4-5 chicks being fired so far.

PINGA: The main issue is that if you happen to date and bang a girl from a five star hotel like the PP you will realise that there is a HUGE difference among these masseuses and any MP girl.

PINGA: Maybe I can answer this (again, if we are talking about the PP). Yep! you can manage an advance appointment. Just handle the name of the girl you have in mind and book her at a certain time. The manager will write down the name of the masseuse and the time for the booking. Since there is not such a long queue you can book any girl on the same day. Otherwise the manager will send anyone from the roster.

I would say a HJ offer is pretty standard in most of the hotel "health clubs" (now known as Spas). I've enjoyed them along with the oil massage at most places I have patronized over the years... Marriott, Dusit, Landmark, Shang, Ambassador... too many to mention. "Heavy" extras are not common for the reasons Pinga explains, but a handjob is quick, easy to disguise and the additional revenue is too attractive for most massage girls to resist. I'd say the management typically turns a blind eye on this lightweight stuff and long as the girl stays discreet about it, and keeps (most) of her clothes on. FS is very rare; as Happy posted it was possible to rock and roll at the Landmark when it first opened but then came the crackdown and that unfortunately disappeared.
The downside is that cost is higher due to the more restrictive environment.... most start at an asking price of 1,000. This is spendy for hand relief, but it's easier to remember that after than it is before. ;)

Many hotel spa offer in room massage.
Parkway Hotel next to Landmark Hotel on Sukimvet (s) will send their girls to another hotel for a small additional fee. Remember it depends on the girl if she will offer full service.

I have a friend who works as a masseur at a Sukhumvit massage. According to her all the hotels' massage is on concession. This means that someone pays the hotel for the privilege of providing massage for their guests. This means that the girls who work at some of the high class hotel massages are not affiliated with the hotel at all. She also told me that these girls are usually paid very low wages even though the cost the of the massage is very high. For example if you paid 1,500 baht for a thai massage she might only get about 150 of that proceed. That is why alot of them are tempted to do fs. However, that being said, most of these girls will try to get as much as they can for their services. My girl said she once asked for 20k baht for a fs and some idiot (who works for a hollywood actor) actually agreed. I am just providing this info to inform fellow mongers. Of course, I cannot vouch for it's accuracy. The moral o the story is, if you can get sex and massage separatel, it is more cost effective, usually.
