Yes, I can confirm (as regular customer) that there are several girls that are willing to provide anal services...I recall one girl even told me to give her a couple of days to get "ready" for my next visit, after she discovered that anal was included in my "can do" list....still a good place and out of the beaten track....

Having seen it before, I temporarily forgot about that new English sign, and headed off to Petch Siam from thanon Thong Lor last night. Second mistake- I forgot my bearings on whether it was closer to Thong Lor or Asoke. Then, afraid I'd missed it, I ended up in a joint between Bangkok Cozy and Petch Siam. Whatever the name of this place is they apparently specialize in plump puuying, and well seasoned at that. How bad was it? So bad, it was the only bowl I've seen that made Mona Lisa's look good. 
One big Heinekin later and I still couldn't muster the fortitude to f*** one. Went outside, into plan-b mode, grabbed a motocy-taxi, and found the original target a few hundred meters on down. 
The place is not luxurious, but very serviceable and good value.
Luxurious enough for this punter.... Nice! And some VERY good values on display in the FB.
The main entrance is along the parking side of the building (not facing the main road). Off the ground floor lobby/reception area to the left is the coffee shop (excellent Thai food) and viewing area.
The coffee shop might have dissappeared since Deep File wrote this. I found instead a beautiful snooker table and a std. pool table beyond that. The rest of the space was rather dark and seemed void.
...don't expect stunners here; most are in the 4-6 range, most give a decent massage, and extras are willingly provided at standard rates....The girls do not wear number tags, so if you want a repeat session it's wise to get a name.
The girls DO wear number tags now! And I'd up that 4-6 avg. a bit, too.  But so would anyone if they'd seen what i'd just seen....
My Roi Et gal was very adept and thorough in her oily skills. FS was also quite entertaining. I didn't do a head count, but there had to be upwards of 30 gals on offer when I got there. And some of those I'll be back for very soon.
Oh, and I tried the "Mi Puying chai dai ti toot mai?" but without success... A little tonal tinkering and I'll try again, soon...

tot being fart,,, well I can get that but in my opinion the word for fart sounds more like toht.
And then the other thot as in Khor Thot " sorry " or bring fault to me.
