Just to remove any doubts, the MO here is the same as Baron, Teen, et al. Praew is a great lady, but the talent she has brought in thus far is weak and her selection of an in-house massage instructor was a mistake. The infrastructure is good (smallish but adequate rooms similar to Angel with decent showers) and the attitude is welcoming. Heinies are 60b. TTM 300/500 and OM 400/800. 300b surcharge for the room with a big mirror. Overall I think the place will improve as it burns in, and will evolve into a good venue. Also opens earlier than most (10am).
My sources tell me that BK can also confirm what I say about the MO...

Stopped in here last week after the above comments. Above comments are correct, but this place is maturing very quickly. Girls are actually quite good (tried 2) and they worked harder than any I've seen. Compared to the rather "mechanical" operations at the bigger Soapies, this place seems to be working hard to get and keep business. It's a place you can go in, sit down, have something to drink, and say hello. Praew and Oh are great! Check out Pocky amd Jenny. Rooms upstairs are comfortable and large enough. Check out the website (links above) as some of the pictures have been updated in the last day or two. I don't think you'll make a mistake with this place!

Praew with another lady! Hmm. I think I got a Russian couple at my hotel that is looking. I didn't have a prob with the beds and I really don't think the girls are as bad as you say. If you want to see bad, check out Annie's on Soi 2. (1500bht full service) For the money, I would do any of the girls here over that old dirty place.
The only thing this place lacks is more biz. More biz, even BETTER ladies. Get here while this place is young and hot.
And check out Praew's little dog. It's the only dog in the place!
