Bingo. exactly as Somkid described. Agree with your observations but she is quite young and while skillful enough in getting the blood flowing there wasn't the seasoned professionalism one usually encounters.
As you say I have no doubt her m.o. is standard for all customers but for some reason her looks and retiring demeanour give her an air of not being quite at ease with what she does.

Returned to the scene of the crime to further investigate the case of the young lass who gave me such a buzz on my first visit. Seems she has worked there for a couple of years and as she was quite young when she left home in Essan choose not to enter the gogo bar, turkish bath or oilies side of life because she would have no control over the type of man she would have to have sex with.
