At the end of July I visited Hana Massage. I was lucky enough to run into Rin, and immediately requested a massage. Oil, 2 hours. I think she would have liked me to pick one of the other girls, but she said fine.
Rin is as described before, no longer a beauty but presentable.
We went up 2 flights of stairs to the oil massage room. It is similar to Angel 22, in that it has a shower in the room and a bed - although Hana's also has a small desk as well. There are two of these rooms available.
800bt for a 2 hour oil massage. Rin's was excellent - one of the best that I have had. Strong hands and knows what to do with them. I would guess the massage lasted 1 1/2 hours. She then did a very nice ball massage for about 15-20 minutes without asking.
She then asked the obvious question: 500bt hand, 1000bt mouth, and 1500bt full. I opted for the BBBJ. It was only fair, which was a bit of a dissapointment. However, the rest was wonderful.
Rin told me she only works Weds and Sunday. Ammy and Oil were recommended by her if you want an Oil Massage when Rin is not there. All the girls do TTM.
Rin's english is quite limited, so unless you speak her language expect a lot of silence. Or, perhaps since I was a new customer, she was shy (although unlikely).
This place probably won't last too long, since it is not obvious to anyone walking Soi 22. You have to look down the Soi to see the sign they put in the street.
A couple of days later I decided to give Hana's another shot. This time I picked "Oil". While she was a nice girl, her technique was no where near as good as Rin's for the massage. She did not do a ball massage at all. And, she would not do a BBBJ.

Visited Bangkok and made my annual pilgrimage to Rin for a balls massage, this time at Hana. Place was easy to find using the detailed route map in this forum. One of the girls was waiting out on the street, looking for customers to walk in – business seems slow here…

I called several weeks ago and booked a two hour OM with Rin.
Got there 5 minutes early and the receptionist asked if I was the one who called and then told me Rin was not there:
“She have accident”, the gal announced.
Oh really, was she hurt? I asked.
“Yes her stomach” as she touched her stomach.
Now another provider comes to the desk.
“Rin no come today she sick”, the short chubby one says.
Oh what is the matter with her? I inquired.
“Her 'gon' sick” as she touches her ass.
So as I was about to leave, the second girl started trying to get me to choose another provider. She was the short and a bit plump gal, nothing to look at either. She then went on to say that she was trained personally by Rin and was just as good.
Now I know Thai’s never lie, especially girls in the sex industry and maybe they just overlooked the fact that if Rin was not going to be there then perhaps a phone call to let me know in advance would have been good customer service. But TIT and you cannot get hung -up on the small details.
Anyway I did want a good hard massage on my back and took the short homely one at her word that she was as good as Rin.
It is a good thing that I did not have any thoughts other than a massage because she did give me a very good massage and told me she does not get picked very often. Maybe I was the first. I did reluctantly let her give me a HJ, feeling more sorry for her than actually wanting one.
I gave her 500 THB the normal tip for HJ and to show her appreciation she asked for 200 THB more. “No thank you very much, not today” I told her. She ain’t no Rin that is for sure.
I have not been back since but may try again sometime when the boss is there on a Wed as posted above.

Have to agree with harold444 about the 500/1000/1500 std pricing structure at these places. The 800+400 for a HJ is way too much, and it's one of the reasons these ladies are starting to ask for more everytime we walk in the door. Frankly, 500 for an HJ is more than fair, when you consider late night st's (and occasional lt's) can still be had for 1000 baht.

Her customers seem to all be very admirative of her technique after all so probably she deserve some extra tip.
About ST for 1000 bahts really you can get them all day from most freelancers, no need to wait for late at night, this is at least my experience...

i thought 800+400 for a OM + balls massage was reasonable... did not even ask for or get a HJ, leave alone BJ or FS.. besides this is Hana, all the money goes to Mamasan Rin.. if it was Subway would have tipped her more...
Still after reading all this, considering the excellent service, perhaps I should have tipped more... but there's always another time for that, to make up!

If the charge for the Oil Masage and the balls massage for two hours is 800 baht and it is done excellently and to his satisfaction, I think it's not going to influence prices if he tips 400 baht to the service provider. Besides,he knew Rin before this visit and as any returnee would, he chose to show his appreciation.
It is a known fact that Rin prefers to be the Mamasan / manageress at Hana and for the girls there to do the actual business of the massage etc. So if she is generous enough to provide the service herself to a previously known customer from her full-time Ratchada days, then that is also something to show gratitude for.
