I was there yesterday, very far down soi 39 (from sukh). I suggest to take a tuk tuk to go there.
Was welcomed by Boom (you can see her on the website). She showed me the album and I could not recognise her, the lady in the book (and as seen on the web) is about 10 kilos lighter than the lady I had in front of me.
I was just back from a session in another MP so only went there to take a look.
Place looks lclean.

Was also there about a week ago.
Place is clean indeed. Rooms smaller than they appear on the website, IMHO.
Thanks to the site I knew which girl I wanted. She was off that day, and the mamasan informed me "She not do special".
Picked another cute one from the album. She didn't seem too enthusiastic at first, which I joked about - that did at least make her smile. Saw two other girls on the way up - definitely not the prettiest.
Girl did not join for the shower, but she did take off her clothes for the massage. Nothing to write home about, as expected. The special was okay. She seemed to enjoy it, and was a bit embarrassed by it.
Did like the room, the mamasan was really friendly, and I'd like this place to do well. But my first visit did not make me feel like I have to go back again any time soon. Unless the mamasan I met (different to the one NicFrenchy mentioned) changes her mind about servicing customers.

Tried this place twic with mixed experiences. The first was a ratehr plain, but sweet young girl.... short, bout nicely shaped... nothing great to look at but a nice smile and I didn't fancy going elsewhere.
