That's no doubt true badfishlbc. But the Sazanka girls know how to give a good massage and a great HJ, and some of them will give you a BBBJ and even FS if you are lucky. And the Arkane girls are all about play and BJ.
The risk that these Casa girls don't know how to give a half decent massage even, but won't play much, seems a little risky. You could spend a really boring, useless first hour there....

Well these places are hits or miss. I have seen some pretty one and many not so pretty ones. One of my friend, she open one of these place at her home in the bangna area. The profit is good but the turnover of the girl are great and a headache. As far as the massage skill, I would say for the most part you will be disappointed as compare to traditional thai massage place. FS and BJ are prohibited, so is HJ only. Anyone got caught doing FS or BJ will be fired. So if you are looking for FS or BJ, you will be disappointed.

Juniper, have to admit, your clarification makes me all the more convinced that these places are a bit of a rip off.
In the same sense that japanese only places are a bit of a rip off. In the sense that you are paying more for less, but the seduction is in the slightly better looks from girls who, due to their looks, are somewhat limp wristed, and don't feel all that dedicated to the task at hand (my cock) and thus move on, frequently.
I could see myself visiting them occasionally, in search of the cute girl who wants something on the side. But otherwise, it seems like largely a waste of time, patron wise.
I am not sure I understand why they are so strict about no BJ or FS. Is it a money thing, in terms of bribes to the BIB? The more they do, the more you have to pay? Because it seems to me, the more they do, the more the customers come and the more they cum, the more they pay, etc. But what do I know, I have never owned a HJ place. Yet.

I'm not sure why ? Oilies in town cost 400 B for a 1hr massage and a HJ will cost you 500 on top, thats 900 all in.
These places offer massage and HJ for 700, and some have offers on at the moment and start at 499 ! So it's not a price rip-off.
Its what floats your boat, there is a MASSIVE market for these places as they really are everywhere and they have many girls and rooms.
For me, well its more about time, I live out of town, and have time constraints, so a quick option locally suits me well. That said, I would of course prefer there was a Akane, Sazanka, or even SOL operation based locally.

I do not like a "package price"where the price of extras is included in the massage price.I very much prefer to pay for the massage only,and if I like the girl after a half hour or so acquaintanceship,then I negotiate for extras.
There are 3 reasons for my preference:-
(1) A girl who seems irresistable on selection may prove to be a dud on better acquaintance.
(2) There is more incentive for the girl to perform if she has to work for her money rather than being paid in advance.
(3) the uncertainty of whether or not extras are going to be taken increases the sense of anticipation,and the ultimate enjoyment.
But even if there was no all inclusive price,and one could negotiate for extra services,I am not a fan of blow jobs bare or covered.If I want a blow job I can provide excellent self service.
