Useless info unfortunately Nic, during a break in Pattaya was the best, came out of the Marriott from the main entrance onto 2nd rd, turn left, first soi on the left, 1st massage shop on the right hand side, only 10meters into the soi, a small 30 ish lady with saggy boobs took me upstairs and gave me the best ever balls and prostate massage EVER ! But it was a holiday thing so didn't exchange names, not sure if it was a standard service all the gals knew ?
Another time was at Darin Massage on Bangna Trad, again useless info cos don't recall the name, her technique was lots of oil and soft cupping, squeezing and rolling (no vein pinging like Rin), there are only 3 or 4 girls there and prices including the HJ start at 800 I think, so you could try them all to find 'the one' 
Finally, there is an oil massage on Srinakarin, past Thepperak road, almost opposite the big Tesco, but in reality about 50m before it. Small shop, 800 Baht for 2hrs, I don't know the girls name, but I can describe her and she's the only one that has this look so you would be able to select her easily from the 3 or 4 girls that work there, she is very slim, about 5" tall, late 30's possible early 40's. Very short hair (none of the other girls fit this description). This lady provides one of the best oil massages i've ever had, and does a fantastic HJ and balls massage (prompt for the balls, I enjoyed just a HJ many times before asking about the balls). She'll let you have a touch and feel upstairs but downstairs has always been off limits, tip/extra fee is the usual 500. Technique same as above.
I guess it's all personal preference, a real balls massage appears to include what I refer to as 'pinging' the veins and I don't find that very sensual or arousing, in fact it can sometimes hurt on the odd 'ping' which then causes uncomfortable anticipation or forthcoming pain !
I much prefer the cupping, squeezing, stroking, rolling type massage.
Sorry the first 2 will take much on site investigation, but the last one you should be able to pick her right out and enjoy.
