If all one really wants is TTM, then 300 baht for one hour is ridiculous. It should be 300 baht for TWO hours (unless you go out to, say, Phra Khanong, then you get the real Thai price of 200 baht for two hours).
You will find 300 baht for two hours of TTM at Wat Po Massage, on the right all the way into Sukh soi 33, on the right past all the dead artist bars and Teen massage places. There is no funny business there, and when you see the women giving the massages, you won't want any "extras," haha.
And yes, I know this is the oily forum, but I just had to say something when one poster called 300 for one hour of TTM "inexpensive".

Had an oil massage at this place today.
Lady waiting her turn must be the least attractive masseause in the world but I hated asking for somebody else and making her feel bad.. Entrance looks ok but facilities upstairs are second rate. No private room mattress on the floor for 500 baht. Not value for money in this town. Massage was ok. Incidently the towel came undone from it's moorings at one stage but looking at her face I couldn't tell whether she was aware of it or not it was so expressionless. If I had had a different girl maybe I would have enjoyed it more but either way in my opinion this is only for tourists staying in the area. There is far better value i.e.better facilities and cheaper to be found elsewhere in the same neighbourhood.

somkid, since you are a paying customer, it is your right to choose whom you want to massage you. Or you could ask the manager if that is okay. In most cases, it will be. She may feel bad for a while, but soon another customer along and she will get her turn. It's your money, you should be happy, it's not your duty to make her happy.

One thing never changes about Bangkok, and that is the wide divergence you find between your intent and your act. On this trip that began yesterday I started proceedings with the much–awaited visit to Bann Phuan. Apple and her excellent TTM had been on my mind since my earlier trip and the body had been aching for her presses. So after a shower and a light meal I stroll to Soi 11.
En route to Bann Phuan my eyes catch Raintree and my plan takes a turn. Feeling fairly heavy despite the light meal I ask for a neck and shoulder job and the plump lady gives me 30 minutes of squeezing for 300 Baht that drains out a lot of the tension and leaves me in the right frame for Apple. But as I step into the Bann the mind inexplicably preempts the tongue and I don’t ask for Apple. I let another lady do the TTM this time as my mind tells me it would be helpful to know if the other girls are as good.
No, they aren’t. I suffered through the rather painful TTM, made worse by two other customers (Chinese?) behind the neighbouring curtains, talking ceaselessly and loudly with each other. Later, however, when I hit the road again I realized how good the neck and shoulders were still feeling.

For me,and perhaps for you too,the oil lamps lighting the stairs are a real worry.
They surely add up to a fire waiting to happen,and if a fire started on the first floor,and your massage was on the third floor,the chances of safely vacating the building would be somewhere between none and slim.
