To take out a girl from Baron, the hourly rate is 500 Baht to Baron rather than the 400 Baht in-house hourly rate. The all day rate for weekdays is 3000 Baht, and for weekend 5000 baht per day. On top of that would be the tip to the girl, which is subject to negotiations with the girl. For some girls, "all day" does not necessarily include "overnight" (some girls may only stay with you until 11:00 pm), so it's best to talk to the girl beforehand about the period of time you expect her to spend with you and the amount of tip to cover her serivices during such period of time.
Whether the girl is willing to spend time with a custiomer on her days off depends on her. These girls get one day off each week, and sometimes they need to use the day to take care of personal or family matters. If a girl agrees to accompany you on her day off, it's either because she likes to make some extra money, or in the less likely case, likes the customer very much. Unless you know the particular girl really well, it is not likely to be really "Free". Also, when a girl is doing some moonlighting on her day off, she definitely would not want Baron to know that she's with a customer on her day off. I heard a story that a girl was asked by the boss to pay 3000 Baht daily charge for her day off when Baron found out that she was with a customer that day.
There is a large number of new girls since last month, so there are a total of about 30 girls there. Any brother can report on good new talents?

Thanks for the advice.
I have searched the forums and couldn't find the figures although knew it was possible.
Guess if it's 3K for the day and say 2K from 7pm the former represents much better value! She has stayed the night with me before and it was great but she did get to my hotel and I was real tired the next morning and I kicked my heels until midnight a bit bored waiting for her to arrive.
Funny how she didn't tell me what the cost was to take her out early.
Wonder why it's an extra 100 baht for an hour out as opposed to in.
Is the last hour at Barons from 11 until 12?

I think Baron is not the only place that has a different and higher take-out rate. One possible justification is to cover the travel time of the girl to and from hotel.
Baron's business hours is 10 am to 11 pm. Not all girls on duty will be there at 10 in the morning, but they have a schedule for the girls so that a few will be there at 10 to serve the "early birds" and other can come in at 11 am.

I like the 9pm call out service and used it several times getting the girl to meet me at a bar so we can have a few drinks and a meal, it makes the evening feal like a date and I believe the girls give a better service when you get them back to the hotel.
Some girls will even spend their days off with you if you BF then the night before.
One girl would only do a 2hr hotel visit but it was a full on session, she was suprised when I shared a taxi with her and jumped out at Soi Cowboy and told her I was looking for another girl for the night.
Tulips MP offer the same service but I hav'nt tried it yet.
I do chuckle when I read about the guys going in early for the 'Fresh Meat' when the girl has just left my room at 9am!!!!!!!!!! As my dad said Their made round to go round.
