As this is an exact science, was told it will be a few more weeks. I did peek in one of the windows from the sky train station and they really were doing renovation!! Walls were bare.

my oh my. After having one of the girls say to see her there last week. I arrive and the place is still closed. WTF? Should I bother trying to figure out what she was thinking> Anyway, a guy there, seemingly in charge, said they will open next month (June I presume).
