I am not sure I understand your question... but I am assuming you refer to HJ, BJ, FS price?
It all depends on the place. Some places offer cheaper "extras" prices.
Regular Prices are:

There are some OM places that are asking for 1,000 for HJ, 1,500-2,000 for BJ and 2,000-3,000 for FS. These OM shops are normally situated near the 5 star hotels and these customers either have too much money to throw or don't know any better.

Had my heart... er... well not my heart... set on a couple of hours at Kadanga with Gigi or Bee yesterday Saturday the 6th) and assuming the holiday was over I headed to town. Did not see a thread for Luxury, so...
I went there the other night.
