She was A+ yes, and not "ugly", but her attitude was just not right. The few time she smiled it was just a very very fake smile (also she should learn that miror allow one to see whats going on in his back....)
I was with Miss Anna at Mango a few days ago, and I can say she is a real nice lady with a friendly attitude, much much better than Aom.
