I don't think you will find the Baron's girls working anywhere else, some of them is probably quite OK with this forced break. They work quite hard as you may imagine...... 
Also, a certain degree of "politics" may prevent them from starting somewhere else, as this may not please the management of Baron. And believe it, they would find out very fast if the girls changed to another place.

I think you have it.
At least that is my most likely explanation. Or it could be personal politics.... jealousy of the owner raking it in.
Let's just hope they sort it out. Sure not fair to close them and them alone. Not to mention pissing off us farangs who love the serivce there.
