Why do you think you gave her double? Bt1000 is the standard tip for BJs in these places. Bt500 HJ, Bt1000 BJ and Bt1500 FS. Did you actually give her Bt2000?

My guess would be that this Package is a Takeout Package and will cover both Girls and Taxi Fares for 2 hours. No Extras.
