From Sukhumvit go North on Phra Khanong Soi 71. On the left of this Soi 71 are sub Sois, they are numbered on blue signs, you are looking for Soi 45, it has a long name beginning with P, but doesn't matter, if you hit Petburi road you've missed it, but as all the numbers are odd on the left, you have 22 countdown warnings ! It is before the bridge that crosses the Klong.
Turn into a very small soi 45, go 50 meters and you'll see a very old, closed looking building with an angled roof on your half right across the soi as you enter a small intersection. It's there !!! I was in there Saturday afternoon, same old same old. About 4 or 5 girls in the FB at around 2pm, traffic on sukhumvit was a nightmare of gridlock chaos, so pretty norm !
