Taking Nic Frenchy's advice, I visited the once vaunted Baron/Lotus establishment. Very nicely redecorated with the holding pen in front of the desk which is in the back of the shop from Sukhumvit.
4 ladies available at 4pm and one - Nat very good looking with a great figure. Even a little tramp stamp showing on the shoulder which I was sure would be the tip off for some experience.
Mamasan Lillie wasn't there but the other lady (heavy set- who often worked the desk) was there and recognized me as a past regular. I asked "all new ladies?" "Yes" she replied.

Ok, 24 Inn has small but clean rooms only with 2 single beds. No problem since I expect to be lying on top or vice versa.
Nat decides she doesn't want to shower with me. Aw c'mon! I am jumping thru alotta hoops already, but fine.
I shower and then she showers and on to the romp.
She goes right for the snorkel, which I am releived this isn't going to be a problem. Good technique and got homeboy interested. I get her up on the bed from the kneeling position and get the towel off her.

BT 800 for 1 hr oily outside + BT 500 for room + tip for service is not the type of experience most will be looking for. especially when there a 1/2 dozen places within walking distance that get it all done in-house.
One bit of a downer, Nat wanted BT 100 more to get her hair washed afterward. I might've sprung for it if I had shot a big wad over her forehead, but that didn't happen and I was a bit put off by the request- which she did twice.
So the score:
Lotus decoration (who cares) : 10
Going outside to do what u want: 0
Nat: Body 11
face 7.5
service 7
AVG: 7 - but only because the package on Nat was so exceptional. The other girls were not that attractive so if I went thru the same hoops, I would say it was a 5 at best. Which for the money ain't worth it.
R.I.P. Baron/Lotus otherwise hurry and bring back the former talent and program.

I am sure they want to be a Legit nice looking straight massage place, but they will never succeed because they are located in that seedy street.

Well, I've never understood the slow transition from a debaucher's paradise to Baron Barber's / Lotus' present antiseptic position.
I know that many posters have written about their dismay.
The police pressure has been enormous and even if the management did want to revert back to the old style of operating, the will is no longer there, mainly because of fears of further reprisals.
Who needs jail and enormous fines to pay.
The best course is to avoid it.
So I don't blame Baron's.
They feel that they are not yet out of the spotlight.
But you guys make the point that the shop is surrounded by places where you can partake fully, just as much as at Baron's in the now distant past.
So, what was it that sparked off the relentless strangulation of this once famous place ?
I should think we'll never know.
It might have been its internet reputation which stretched world-wide and which this forum contributed to heavily.
That could have been a decisive and a main factor.
Something about killing the goose that lays the golden egg.
But I suspect that the rich and influential who turn the wheels of power, shopping at the Emporium, or the Emporium itself, just found it too close for their comfort.
Sad really !
But never mind as they say in this country.
There are many pebbles on the beach.
Personally I blame Khun Saeng and a whole troop of others.
Wait a minute.
No I don't.
I blame you..........and me....... and every other monger who has spread the word and crowed of past delights until sunrise. We are to blame.
Let's look after what we have now.
So, what is the solution ?
Keeping quiet ?
Writing in code ?
Miming at the bar ?
Da Vinci trails littered with clues ?
Secret handshakes ?
I don't think any of that is even worthy of thinking about.
But what I would make a plea for, is to write moderately, and if you are going to be graphically detailed, which has its appeal, not to overload one place with all the accolades.
There are, as you know, many places to find, as our adventurers on this board, testify to, daily.
Don't get me wrong. I am all for freedom of speech.
But come off it guys, this is not a free country and no-one enjoys freedom of speech here.
What I am against is the powers that be, having and using the clout to squash a place like this, to nothing. I resent giving them the chance or the excuse.
I just hope they leave off all my other babies.
Come on, you optimists, give us some hope here.
And as for Lotus Barber, do as Nic Frenchy seems to be doing..i.e., giving it a wide berth.......that is, unless you just want a massage and a bit of relief.
And as I've said before, the haircuts there, are too expensive for what they are.

I doubt that Joe, if this was the case, then Eden and Angels would also be in trouble as they are popular.
I agree with you completely that maybe we should take it a little bit cautiously about the reviews from now on... but it's difficult as I like to be a little graphic in mine LOL

I have to believe it was much more local than all of the above. I had heard previously that they were caught by the police. I have to beleive this only happened because someone didn't grease the right palm or refused to do it with enough grease. All these places are known to the MIB so IMO, something happened to the usual decorum to cause this.
The tough part of reconstituting this place will be the help. I will miss little Gung and June (anyone know where they went?) and several other star performers. And while Nat had the great body, she isn't in the same league as the other hall of famers from there.
