I too have taken a Baron's girl outside of the of the MP. On one occasion I went in for day session and towards the end one of the brothers happened to send me an SMS. She exclaimed, "Oh, you have mobile!" She gave me her number (didn't ask for mine) and told me to give her a call.

I don't like getting into the scene where you offer money to the girl directly and her refusing. I put the baht 2000 under her purse while she was in the shower in the morning.
TD mentioned a good point, you should let her know if you are planning to spent the next day/night with her or not. My 5 nights with the Barons girl was not continuous so I made sure that she knew which nights I planned on seeing her.
A couple of the nights I told the girl that she was in charge of making plans and she took me to places I would have never gone because I did not know about them and it was a lot of fun. She was nice enough to drive me to the airport really early in the morning and saved me some cab fare, but I slipped a baht 1000 note into her purse when she was not looking to cover gas expense.

Tyler is spot on correct. The Baron girls work officially until 11pm, but one thing you can do is pre-book a session with your favourite one for one hour starting at 10:00pm. This way, there is no chance that she will have a customer come at at 10:59pm and take her for 1.5 or 2 hours, making her useless to her. This would cost 400 baht to Baron's for the one hour session.
Update 12/04: I am told that they've changed their policies for end-of-day takeaways. They must begin at 9:00pm and cost 1000 baht to Baron.
Everthing outside of this (how long she stays, how much, etc.) is up to whatever you agree on with your girl.
A CGRegular at Baron who I see sometimes after she gets off work. Saw her yesterday (I love this girl, I wonder why I see anyone else in Bangkok, I guess I just can't help it).
A good thing is that she starts work at 10:00am or 11:00am next day, so I know exactly when she is leaving. A bad thing is that she might be tired from working, but there are SO many girls at Baron's that, depending on the girl, she might not have had a lot of customers that day.
By the way, there were at least 30 girls at Baron yesterday - Monday - at 1:00pm when I walked in. It was a work holiday in Bangkok, so all girls who had the day off were told they had to work. Maybe Angel Massage is cutting into Baron's business a little bit, but there is something to be said about seeing the girls live (at Baron) and picking them instead of just looking at professionally done pictures (at Angel).
