I was in Bamgers on November 7 looking for Sazanka, saw the sign in the middle of the street but could not figure out which place it was.
Had the same problem and walked around for 15 minutes. Here's the best way to find Sazanka Massage. Locate "Bourbon Street" restarurant or bar which has a BIG HUGE sign on the front and is easy to find. Stand in front of this building and face the bar/restaurant and Sazanka massage is to the left. It doesn't get any easier than that! After you find it you'll be amazed you could have walked by it 10 times.

If you enter Washington Square from Sukumvit at the Dubliner Pub (it's painted a funny green colour) Once in the Square turn left there's Lone Star bar right in front of you. Turn right pass 3 more bars on your left Wild Country, ??? and Cats Meow. You are now on the far side of the square and Sanzanka is right in front of you, if you look down the soi to your left you will see Bourbon St Cafe.
Which if you had entered Washington Square from Soi 22 you would have passed Bourbon St Cafe on you right side.
Now enter the Square from Sukhumvit passing the Dubliner on your right then turning right, you then have to make two lefts. Then follow the Soi 22 directions, should you bear right at the second left you will see Taffy's Hary Pie club on your left.
I have been told that the Massage Parlour thats on the corner opposite Cats Meow is good for afters, but have never tried as I like the Sanzanka service too much, maybe one of these days.
If your leaving Sanzanka late in the afternoon or evening nip into the bar between Cats and Wild Country name???? havnt had my green tea yet!!, sit in a booth and see what happens. Once when I called in I was getting lots of crutch attention from the girls and I told em they were wasting their time as I had just cum from across the road the girls just smiled. Three or four ladies drinks later I was ready for an enjoyable BBBJ in the ST room.

Cats is next door to Wild Country and both generally offer the same.

I must admit that when I first heard the address Washington Square and all these bars etc my mind made me think of something between Times Square and Leicester Square.
I needed a reality check as this is Bangkok and Leicester Square it is not, I'm sure it's worth a visit in the evening though.

For all you blokes looking for Sanzanka, it is very easy. Check the map on this board. All you have to do is walk into Washington Sq, go left, then right (to avoid the movie theatre) and it faces you at the end of the road. The sign is written in Japanese katakana (or was it hiragana.....gee, I have to go back again and find out! Good reason to!)

Another happy man reporting in after going to Sazanka massage!
Thank you to ROLAND for starting this thread, and to the other men who posted their reports. Your descriptions of what to expect were very helpful. I went to Sazanka this afternoon.
I found Sazanka to be a delightful experience. The place is clean and the hosts made me feel very welcome. I told the papasan that I liked massage soft and gentle and then I let him pick the girl. I was totally pleased with his choice.
The menu is a selection of options and times lumped together. I selected the time option of 100 minutes for 980 baht. Then I selected just two options in that time: scrub wash and lotion massage. That particular combination was not specifically on the menu, but they were totally accommodating. I got exactly what I asked for.
Everything about the experience was friendly, casual and relaxed - including the delightful "happy ending".
I followed the advice on this thread and took 300 baht with me upstairs to the room. That was my tip to the girl. She earned it.
I will be returning frequently to Sazanka.
