Just came back from there today, my first oily in there ever (TTM lot's of time).
#36 is defenitely not in for any repeat business on my watch. Casual oily, and when I refused the extra, she rushed the rest of the massage. Total time: 52 min. incl. my shower!!
I may have been unlucky, overall I like the place.

Finally some decent info.- a number and review. How come no one else has taken names/numbers and offered reviews?
Seems to me there is a whole world of difference between the way we are perceived when we walk in and specify an oily or a TTM. As in, asking for an oily normally implies a guy who's looking for extras. Any merit to my assumption?
Humble!! where's the number on that TTM gal with the lousy service record? This one I sure wanna avoid! This thread needs more concrete info. So, I'll do my part today. I'm back in town 'n "in the mood"...for some TTM. I'll give Dai-Ishi a whirl today and report back.

Skip... while I too like to see more detail (particularly on the bombers that guys encounter) it does violate forum rules to post it. Maybe Humble would agree to PM the info when he locates his notes.
Your assumption has merit, depending on the venue. At Dai-ichi (and similar operations) the staff will conclude (correctly in most cases) that a customer asking for oil is looking for release. This would not be so true in other venues (like Subway, Nataree, Chavala 2) where the main event is TTM but most of the masseuses will provide relief anyway. The Thai clientele that patronizes these venues is looking for TTM with (often) relief. Remember, the popularity of the oil massage is a fairly recent introduction while TTM is indigenous and firmly rooted (oops, sorry) in the culture.

Great insights Deep File! Makes good sense! As for the rules, some of my forum rust is showing, I thought the girls numbers were okay to post. Isn't that tolerable?

Well, after getting the wind sucked outta me at Lolita's I was only able to make it as far as soi 8 before I pounced on a TTM. Prawn Beauty's the name and I got partnered with the tallest gal in the place 170cm of dedicated professionalism. Name ryhmes with Fan.
She gave me the most comprehensive, exhaustive and technically magnificent TTM I've ever had (okay, so I'm a newbie). But, it was the best I've ever encountered, and I have tryed my share. Turns out they have their own in-house trainer, one who is obviously proud of the long tradition of TTM and makes certain the girls "get it".
Early on my gal said she preferred giving oilys to TTM's. Well, after the outstanding performance I asked why. She tells me that TTM takes too much energy outta her is why. She got that right! She unequivocally gave so much there was no doubting she'd be tired after. It was so good I told her I'm coming back tommorow to try her oil and give her a bit of a rest before I'm back again for TTM.
My hats off to the trainer here. Really nicely staffed and outfitted place too. Dai-Ichi's gonna have to kiskass to beat this place!

you are right the owner of prawn shop is a former master in TTM. this guy opened this place about 2 years ago and just opened another place about 100 m into soi 8.
you should also try the foot massage in there. also the best i ever had in thailand as they are using some special cream and do not use so much power as many other thai foot massage places do! somehow this place understood what farangs like, esp. for a foot massage as most farangs have softer and weaker skin at the feet as most asian poeple do have. probably we are to much used to wear shoes in our home countries.
anyway thumbs up for prawn massage, suk/corner soi8!

There you have it! The Griffin seal of approval! LOL And thank you for that affirmation Sir Griffin. I should have guessed as much, his training is indeed stellar and my gal suggested they are trained for however long it takes till they 'get it'.
Yesterday's gal also strongly recommended the combo foot massage with one hour of TTM as being very beneficial, and also a combo foot and facial massage as well. In a few minutes I'm gonna try her out for an oily, just out of curiousity mind you, see how she responds when the trouser snake rises, as it inevitably does these days, being spoiled rotten by the beauties of the LoS. hahaha

As much as I am concerned, I do not always except relief when going for Oily. See place like Mermaid but have a speciality that puts you in strange position. When expecting relief I do prefer going directly to Baron.
I do not really like TTM... prefere the HKG style where the lady will "walk" on your back.
Sorry for not giving details about the lady who cared about me. I think it was 35 or 36 ... she was definetly not a stunner, older type & a little fat but she got a great pair of tits and her face was quite nice (hope I am not violating any rules).
Now I will go back there for sure and provide more details to limit bad surprises there for other. But definetly it will only for Oily as I am still not ready for TTM.
Today, thinking of trying the Jojoba oil massage at the Asian Herb Association. Can't go for action after a no-sleep night and a full day working ... :-o
