In order to get to Tony's, does one make a left on Soi 23 from Soi Cowboy? I have read the posts on this board but I have been unable to find this place. Any directions to find it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. Make a left onto Soi 23. Cross the street. It is about 100 meters down the street on the RHS. I believe you will pass a place that says "Waffles". It is very soon after that. A lot of plants right in front and a very low gate. Easy to miss.

A quick report on Tony's. Ventured there for the first time today. I'm not a massage regular so was unsure...but all went well.
I found it with no problem going thru Soi Cowboy and turning left. I think it's alittle more than 100 M but not much. Anyway its the first row of 3-story+, rather than 2-story buildings on the right. I saw the sign - no problem.
So there was a guy sitting outside - uniformed but busy texting on his mobile, so I walked past and on in. Typically scene for the downstairs - people gettting foot reflex. The guy from outside quickly came in...I thought he asked "full massage" and said yes. He tried to get me to sit down there and I realized he said "foot massage". So I then said "oil massage". Ok, and follow him.
Someone before commented that it is dimly lit - I would call it downright dark!! The guy had to grab my hand to lead me past the 2nd fl and up to the 3rd. Then I had a fleeting thought that he was going to do the massage? haha - so I stopped and said "lady massage, yes?" He say no problem.
But I definitely didn't get to choose the lady. I got Som (was it her name or #? - I had said "Khun cheu arai?")...a 5 at best...but I was more interested in the massage anyway. Not much english...but I thought the massage was excellent - again I'm not a real massage afficiando. She immediately took the towel off and almost all the massage - front and back was done sans towel - very sensual...with lots of touching all the right areas.
After she finished almost everything - she took the initiative. Grabbing little Mikey and asking something in Thai...i just smiled and nodded. No talk of any $$$. Very nice HJ...
The masage was 250 for 1 hr...I tipped her 500 and all were happy...overall a nice experience. I will go back and ask for her if I get a chance.

I tried looking for it last time but was not successful. Went around midnight and must have walked right past it because everything was dark around one hundred meters past soi cowboy. I did walk another block or two and found a place that was open late. Got a somewhat decent massage. I used to go to get a massage late at night that was open until 4am in Huay Kwang but that has since closed.
I did discover a new place on Soi 10 that will take customers up til 1am. Sorry can't remember the name but it is connected to a hotel.

If it helps at all I offer the following - I saw at least 3 other massage places that I had to pass from Soi Cowboy until I got to Tony's. The only one I noticed a name of was "Happy Time" massage - set back off the street. So if you see that keep going....
Also Tony's is the very 1st place/door when you get to the block of taller (3+ story) bldgs. I'm sure it looks much different at midnight than it did at 2 pm...

Tony's is not that hard to find, the front is covered in pot plants and a tiny wicket gate in front of the entrance. Dark? it's pitch black in there! I just followed my girl and relied entirely on her, I could have been walking off the side of a cliff and I would not have known it until it was too late! It's dark inside (did I say that).
I had a very fat younger girl and was not offered anything in terms of extras, which was fine as I really wanted a great Thai massage, which is what I got.

Then go to Sabai Sabai Sukhumvit Soi 11
it's open 24 hours and the massage is great. Some providers might offer a HJ but I think most don't
