Actually, on a sunday at 6pm, the quickest and easiest will be by taxi, no traffic to speak of and by the time you walk to the subway station at asoke, you will almost be there in the taxi. Make sure you crossover Sukhumvit though to get the taxi, dont catch it from outside the landmark.

Dunno about bookin' and such like but Lynn's in Subway 1. Technically it's just called Subway and the other one's sign says Subway2.
