Depends what you are looking for. Try Pim at the Nana Hotel ground floor massage shop (inside hotel reception area). You can't book it as a menu item but she will know what you are looking for as soon as you mention it to her.

I have in the past always gone for the partial-shave and trim done expertly by a lot of the Star of Light girls.

I never thought that an arse-hole could be shaved so well with a razor, butt I was wrong.
I had placed my arse in the hands of a mistress of the blade. I felt like a plucked chicken. Clean and smooth.
I'm glad I went.
And I'll go again.

Thanks, JW. Haven't had this done for ages. An old girlfriend long gone used to help. Something thrilling about it far beyond trimming yourself of course.
I sympathize with MTK. Nowadays the shaved front could be explicable to the homeguard at my home: "Done it myself"... The back would take creative license however... indeed.
Maybe I could draw ass hairs on my backside afterwards to fool the Lady in the palace. I guess a piece of charcoal would do it convincingly. An eyeliner pencil would rouse suspicions if discovered. I'll try to find an art supply store to get my charcoal nub. A Black Arts store, should be. Then I'm heading over. I suppose that for a larger amount of compensation Miss Pim could even help with the drawing.

Reading your report has made my mind up about visiting Pim at Nana again while I am here in BKK. She really is a nice girl and does a great job, as you say.
I appreciate your note of thanks at the end of the report. I feel strangely quite proud, as I know that when I asked her to shave me, (it was about 2 years ago) it was her first time.
Then she was working at a basic foot massage, trad Thai and beauty salon in Suk Soi 22 called B & R (yellow signage oposite President Park Hotel). In fact, I am in my room at the President Park as I write this and I just checked and I can see that place from my window. Happy days! 
Pim moved to Nana Hotel about 18 months ago and I have visited her there on a number of ocassions but the last time I has in town I just ran out of time and missed her. This time I will make a point of getting down there. She has obviously lost none of her skills, and has gained some new ones by the sound of it.

if u call nana hotel ask for pim in the spa or massage department (or barber shop) then you can speak to her and even make an appointment
or maybe u could just show up
then usually she is sat outside the barber shop on the left, then she takes u into the massage area, and does her stuff
very nice
as for growing back, well its like your chin
for the frst day or 2 when the hair starts to grow back I guess it feels itchy as the hairs break through the skin surface
after a few days its all fine and like a very fine soft beard
if u r brave u can take tweezers and pluck out any ingrowing ones when u r sat bored on the crapper
