I enjoy looking around at the not so well advertised shops in the Sukhumvit area...and last week I have tried Apple (the shop) and was very satisfied with a skinny girl (can't remember her name right now). She was everything I like, smiling, funny, girlfriendly, willing...
Except for the frustration in the evening. She said she was interested by long time at my hotel..I went to the shop at 11.00PM, she was still OK but had to wait for 12.00PM...and then, I waited, waited for her in my hotel, which I hate. Appointments with, or in other words waiting for a TG is a very special thing that needs true p4p mastership...
Waiting for her in a hotel: absolut no go...! 
drives me crazy, like you described it... I feel like shit when I wait for a p4p TG in my hotel room and she doesn't show up... anger rises by the minute, which tells me that I made a mistake...
So the only option for a waiting location is a place where
a) you have good options for entertainment !!! (i.e. girls, girls, girls) and
b) she must be worried if the business opportunity (that you are) still exists when she shows up...

This is a lovely little gem, tucked away in Sukhumvit Soi 13, just next to Lan Po Relax Massage in Trendy building. Called Hat Thong. Some lovely looking ladies there and some lovely massages to be had. If you believe that the downturn in tourism ought to have brought down the price these girls charge, this is where you should be heading ! An oil massage is 400 baht but it's the rest of the deal that is incredibly good. The girls come straight to the point -- no ambiguities. You are shown into the cabin with a "take off everything please."
For 1500 baht it's a spectacularly satisfying experience.

Sorry if I was ambiguous. 1500 baht is the total deal, 400 for the shop and 1100 tip. AND : the girls are exceptionally good in service. Sorry Kaymanx to rain on your parade. I've been at this shop twice, a little surprising after a not too impressive first visit. The facilities themselves are below par a separate less than sparkling clean shower room, well worn towels and linen and sparse cubicles along a corridor where noise carries from one end to the other. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that but for me it’s a stretch to describe the line up as attractive. There are 1 or 2 youngish providers but hardly cuties. Ok on to service and prices. On both occasions I was quoted 2000 inclusive of massage which I didn’t haggle with as that’s about par for a FS session at an oily. As to service it was at best adequate but as always that’s partly down to the chemistry between customer and the lady and partly training and the house policy on what services are accepted as standard. I got a BBBJ but only after waving the rubber away no CIM or COF no anal and a multi position shag with some groaning but not a lot of genuine enthusiasm. I understand that could have been just me. My takeaway is that this shop was opened by an ex provider with a limited budget and not a lot of experience in running a P4P business. There is a lot better value to be had on 24 or 26 IMHO. Those are good insights. I agree with you on the look and feel of the place, the linen and the cubicles. As you say, it's the chemistry that accounts for the difference in experience between customers. And the mood. I was looking for something new, and the uninhibited way in which services were offered was an appetiser. Though certainly not comparable with the better spas that offer sparkling rooms, clean linen and tranquility the interiors were not dirty either. Linen iffy, yes. Obviously this is not to be compared with Tarnthip or similar. It's rather a sudden wayside occurrence that could delight the depraved soul looking for some abandon and cathartic sex.
