Ok, this place is brand spanking new...and hasn't officially opened yet!
Girls are still being trained in various other places, they've opened the doors for the last 3 days around 12:30pm and had around 8 girls available, that number is increasing to 20 once they officially open later this week.
Downstairs is very expensively decked out, full carpetting, nice wallpaper, big comfy sofas, kind of like a small lounge rather than an oily welcome area, and very boudoir looking. Think 'The Den' soi 12 but a heck of a lot smaller and brand spanking new.
The menu is more comprehensive than the website menu, there is a standard shower room with one girl:
1hr 2,200B
1.5hr 2,600B
2hr 2,800B
And a jacuzzi room which I think was 400B more than the above rates, then they have the 2nd lady option as well.
Also appears foriegn owned/managed, if I got the accents right I think the 2 chaps were French.
I could be wrong but the vibe I got was a high end gentlemans lounge with top quality women and onsite services. Nothing like a typical oily.
Based on layout, design and money spent, if the girls really are Thai model quality offering a mix of PSE and GFE then this place is going to take off really fast...and the price is very reasonable.

A friend who was just told me that the guys are French. One was the owner and the manager. The operating hours are from 12 pm to 12 midnight. There were no girls available at that time as they were already upstairs for the training.

I am back in town for a bit and was in the area so I decided to stop by and see. I know from tripadvisor Kinaree has some less than stellar reviews, some even claim theft but I was close by and wanted to see.
From the street level, the place attempts to cater to both regular massage type people/tourists in addition the more standard massage we all know and love. I was not really in the mood for much more than a 1 hour oil (regular) but if the opportunity presented itself I could be swayed.
Walked in late morning and there were 3 girls, all average and superficially pleasant. The woman at the desk was a heavy set and not much to look. I told her I wanted 1 hour oil, paid my 500 and then took the shortest, cutest one upstairs. When we got to the room she told me to take off my clothes, lay face down and she will be back.
A couple minutes later the door opens and I don't pay any attention. As the massage starts, I am thinking it's not too bad but seems heavy for such a small woman. As I look up, I see it's the woman from the desk... not the woman I picked.
Knowing that I didn't care if anything comes from this (no pun intended) I shrugged it off and let her continue since a good massage was the main reason. Near the end, she tried to play a little more and asked if I wanted more. I asked how much and she replied 1k for HJ and 2K for CBJ. I politely declined and let her know that a massage was fine and that I can walk down the street for a BBBJ for less than half and I was fine with just a regular massage.
She continued to try and persuade me which escalated to badgering and I continue to politely say no thanks..let's just finish. As she finally gets the message, she put her hands on my chest and leans her roughly 65kgs into me.. pressing me down and telling me that she wants good tip, wants this wants that, has no money, shop take money and so on.
Now I am annoyed but I remain polite and say I will give you a tip for the massage and I have to go. Eventually she got the hint, I showered (terrible and cold) and went to leave. I only had a couple 100 baht note, some change and the rest were 1000 baht notes. I did not want to give her anything large so I gave her a couple hundred. Initially she looked at it and scoffed... then I said fine.. I'll keep it and she snatched it from my hands. All the while she is telling me that I am a bad customer, never come back, how much money should could have made with other customer, etc. all in a loud and shrill way..
I usually will not stand for such crap but in this case, I just let it roll off and let her complain about me in front of the other staff, the new desk person, etc. I said thank you on the way out and assured her I would not be back so not to worry.
