I doubt very much if the go-go bar girls are ever forced to go with you. If they dislike you or the color of your skin they will simply look away and make it clear that they're not interested. Massage parlor girls on the other hand do not have that luxury, well, maybe a few.

Stopped by at Teen 2 the other day. Initially, I was attracted to a young girl outside waving at me. After going inside the shop, the owner told me she just arrived last night and not ready for action yet. It was early afternoon, there were ~5-6 girls available. All new and very young. Took one of the girls who basically just followed the oily massage SOP, step by step. The rooms are older but huge for an oily.
