Just a few steps away from the S15 hotel on Sukhumvit Road, when you're walking towards Nana, on your right you'd see a small entrance to a building with girls sitting there hailing customers for a massage. In the spirit of exploration, I took a TTM for 300 THB. The girl led me upstairs to a corner room with a window that looked down on the main Sukhumvit road. It reminded me of the escapades in some loft with distant cousins and classmates from teen days. That set the tone for the massage. I said I didn't want the TTM garbs she gave me and she said "up to you" like all good girls. The naked TTM progressed interestingly with full touches in intimate areas as she massaged the thighs. Then she offered me specials. But the pricing was annoying. We finally settled at 1000 "including the shop" for a HJ with her clothes off. She had a nice thin body but when I reached out to touch her breasts she withdrew and claimed touching was not included in the deal !!! It was a dead issue thereafter.

Not sure what the story is but about 90% of the hole in the wall massage shops by the Ambassador have closed. There were 3 small strips with about 15 shops between Soi 11 and 13 next to Villa....only one or two left.
It was never high end however I did manage to snag some young cuties with reasonable price and was always an easy stop when I went to buy milk 
Anyone know why?

That makes some sense but Villa and the adjacent, non massage shops seem to be doing business as usual. A couple of the shops moved to Soi 1 and 3 but there was always a high turnover rate that I doubt any of the girls moved with them.

I have had good experiences on several visits to JW Massage, on Suk soi 22 next to Titanium bar. I'm surprised it has been mentioned here before. Standard prices for body or oil massage with extras negotiated, but 1500 THB for FS seems to be standard. I've had lively FS sessions with several attractive 30s y.o. girls I spotted sitting out front.

That may be true but as I passed by the other day, all the massage shops are closed but there are a few remaining restaurant, some small hair salon and 1 or 2 misc legit shops still operating. Maybe development is near but it may be there are repositioning the commercial nature of that particular strip.

In most oilies that get the really pretty girls, you can forget a good massage, after all the pretty girls know that they can get away with the mediocre massage. Normally, I would inquire with the mamasan and ask for girls that can do Thai traditional massage, if they can, you can be assured that you'll most probably get a decent massage. And I'll ask that girl to give me an oil massage instead.
